TALK SUMMARY

First Grade Resource Sdn Bhd is a company producing cosmetics, health products, like
body care, face care, hair care and also skin care. This company was found by En Zulkifli bin
Yusop, and been established in 2008 which located in Kulim, Kedah. This company have the
mission to provide an Islamic way of manufacturing products for potential and existing clients. En
Zulkifli together with his employee, En Aizuddin delivered some motivational talk to the students.

EN ZULKIFLI BIN YUSOP

En Zulkifli is an alumnus from UUM which studied bachelor’s in economics and graduated
in1997. Before he established his company, he has the experienced in working in many
companies such as ABRAR group international. He did not perform in his previous work as the
did not has IT background. And then he started his own company by producing perfume and sell
it by “face to face” to the customer. Year by year his company expanded, and he started to
produce more products. Today, they have more than 100 customers that have done OEM
products with them and most customers are from existing customer recommendations. Form his
talk En Zulkifli shows that he is a very determine and ambitious person. He also has his respect
towards others as he produces different products from his previous company because he does
not want to interrupt their company.

EN AHMAD AIZUDDIN

En Aizuddin is one of En Zulkifli’s employee. In his slot, he delivered some tips in

promoting and selling individuals skill especially to the students during an interview session. He
stressed that good impression towards self is very crucial in promoting themselves towards the
company. The impressions that he been stressed is proper sitting posture. Selecting good attire
and well-defined resume is also a good tips in showing good impressions to others especially to
the company.

EN FAUZI

En Fuazi is one of the super seniors in UniKL MICET. Through his speech, he announced
that UniKL MICET will be producing new product, which base in skin care product, and first will
be launched in Bunga Telung Essence, which specially made for Asian skin types.
COUNCLUSION

In achieving dreams, positive mindset, efforts and hard work is the recipes to be
successful. As mentioned by En Zulkifli, passion will lead to a better quality and satisfaction. As
a students, En Zulkifli and his employee has gave a very positive vibes to the students and gave
the determination to achieve our dreams.
