Threaded Rod Compliance

Dear Customer,

This letter is to provide the end user information that Stanley National Hardware Threaded Rod product
#4012 has been tested and has met the requirements of ASTM 153/A153M-09 Standard Specification for Zinc
Coating (Hot Dip) on Iron and Steel Hardware with Internal supplier testing of these products.

Fasteners and connectors in contact with wood and fire retardant-treated wood shall be in accordance with the
IRC R317.3 and those coating weights for zinc-coated fasteners shall be in accordance with ASTM 153.
