2 Feedback to the Organization

Development Research Institution is a great learning organization for any intern or
employee from every background. It is highly reputed organization intends to immediate
and lasting change in lives to improve and develops their skills. On the ground of my two
months and half internship in DRI, I would like to recommend as bellow;
 DRI should proper management of office set they have to manage office equipment
and backup system and furniture also
 If there is necessary to Xerox or print just for this small problem we have to go
market so if DRI provide this facilities that save time.
 Resource management is a major concern for any development organization to
implement any project. Instead
 DRI should develop useful techniques for systematic deliberation in advisory and
decision-making procedures.
 Increase in hiring intern number for short period of time for this type of world class
larger organization is another recommendation so that it can contrite in developing
skills to the fresh graduates which ultimately support in employment of the nation.
Hiring intern from diversified educational background also seems necessity for
balancing.
