CUSTOMS .MEMORANDUM ORDER

SUBJECT; Revocation of the Fexible Working Hours

It has been observed that Bureau officials and employees

are not properly observing the flexible working hours as
provided under CMO 73-89 S as amended by.CMO 91-S9* Secondly,
no actual transactions are.really going on beyond 5 o'clock
p#M* nor during the lunch break from 12 o'clock noon to
1 o'clock in the afternoon.

In view thereof and for better control of personnel, the

observance of flexible working hours as provided in both CMOs
are hereby revoked* All employees are directed to strictly
observe the regular working hours from 8 o'clock in the
morning till 5 o'clock in the afternoon with lunch break
from 12 o'clock noon to 1 o'clock in the afternoon*

This order shall take effect 16 January 1990.
