SYNOPSIS(ELECTRYCITY BILLING SYSTEM)

INTRODUCTION

This system is named as Electricity Bill Management

System. This system is made to keep the records
about the bills of the customers.The admin can
manage all the accounts and the registered users like
employees and customers can only manage their own
accounts. This system helps in maintaining the bills
and the payments.
A diferent module is there for employees to check the
customer’s details if their job requires. Admin,
employees, and customers all have a diferent
interface and diferent privileges according to their
need.
Like a customer can only manage his account and
cannot see any details of other customers, employees
can see the details of all the customer’s accounts and
admin can manage all the accounts including the
customers and employees account.
This system also has the option for customers to pay
their electricity bills by online mode. Either through
internet banking or by debit card.
This system also has the feature to add and delete
customer and employee’s accounts in case a customer
wants to cut the connection or an employee wants to
leave the job.
All the employees are divided into diferent

departments according to their job profle and the
customers are divided according to their wards.

SCOPE OF PROJECT

It may help collecting perfect management in details

.In a very short Time ,the collection will be obvious
,simple and sensible .It will help a person to know the
management of passed year perfectly and vividly.It
also reduce the cost of collecting the management &
collection will go on smoothly.
Our project aims at Bussiness process automation ,i.e
we have tried to computerized various processes of
Electrycity Billing System
• In computer system the person has to fll the
various forms abd number of copies of the forms
can be easily genrated at a time
• In computer system,it is not necessary to create
the manifest but we can directly print it,which
saves our time
• To assist the staf in capturing the efort spent on
their productivity through automation.
• The system genrates types of information that can
be used for various purposes.
• It satisfy the user requirnments.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

After doing the project electricity billing system study

and analyzing all the existing or required fuctionalities
of the system the next task is to do the feasibilty
study for the project all projects are feasible given
unlimited resources and infnite time.
Feasibilty study includes consideration of all the
possible ways to provide a solution to the given
problem the proposed solution should satisfy all the
user requirnment and should be fecible enough so
that future changes can be easily done based on the
future upcoming requirnments

A:-Economical fesibility

This is a very important aspect to be considered while

developing a project we decide th technology based
on minimum possible cost factor. All hardware abd
software cost has to be bome by the organization
Overall we have estimated that the benifts the
organization is going to receive from the proposed
system will surely overcome the initial costs and the
later on running cost for system

B:-Technical feasibilty

This included the study of a function performance and
constraints that may afect the ability to acheive an
acceptable system for this feasibility study we studied
complete functionality to be provided in the sysytem
as described in the sysytem requirenments
specifactions and checked if everything was possible
using difrent type of frontend and backend platforms

C:-Oprational feasibilty

No doubt the proposed system is fully GUI based that

is very user freindly and all inputs to be taken all
self-explantory even to a layman . besides a proper
training has been conducted to let knoe the essence
of the system to the system to the users so that they
feel comfortable with new system as far our study is
concerned the clients are comfertable and happy as
the system has cut down their loads and doing
