1. Safety

The load bearing wall give the fire resistance. The thickness or the brick bond will give more
thickness and retained the wall from collapsed. It could give the occupant time to evacuate from
the building when the fire occurs because the brick has ability to withstand temperatures up to
1,800 degrees Fahrenheit or 980 degrees Celsius. Load bearing wall also give the insulation to the
building because the thickness of wall act as the insulation from weather and sound.

2. Stability

A load bearing structure has the components of a building which carries and transfers the load to
the ground safely. This structure guarantee stability of the building and its performance. Every
wall had a simple continuous strip foundation below it.
