We have presented to our adviser on the costs that we have found out by canvassing the

hardware shops and machine stores. We have first presented our cost analysis. The first thing that
he has suggested to us is to find some ways in making the cost lower and we have agreed to make
the equipment rental for the cost to go lower.

The next thing that we presented is the Gantt chart. The Gantt chart has shown him the time we
will be making, curing, and testing the samples. He has suggested that we adjust our time to make
more time for adjustments. The time for curing is adjusted from 14 days to 7 days so that we will be
able to revise much sooner. The testing days were also adjusted from one day to three days where
there will be certain tests to be made on the day so that the time can be maximized.
