Jawaban

1 Availability is an important element in IT services, as each client must be certain about the
availability of the IT service, whether it is Internet or software. If availability drops, it will have
an impact on the client's business process. For example, Tokopedia, where employees depend
on the Internet. So, the tokopedia application works badly when tokopediabisa customers can
buy products without having to pay and they must be justified as soon as possible, but at such a
difficult time their internet is dead, so Kopkopat trust in this IT service will decrease and replace
it with a new one.

2 The relationship is all related to the continuity of an information system which greatly
determines the performance of the IT service. And the difference is that uptime is used to
measure a component to show a component functioning in a system that is being produced
while downtime is a state of a system that dies or does not produce as well as slow response is
a condition that does not respond to the difference in response and High Availability (HA)
makes a server (application) experience an obstacle that causes its services to not work, with
HA being combined in infrastructure and virtualization, service downtime or malfunctioning
services can be reduced.

4. The importance of performance and combat in IT services due to the many technological
developments that are needed to fulfill the performance of a company other than repairs must
be done in each system, especially security because of the number of irresponsible parties such
as crimes in data theft. done by irresponsible parties that can endanger a company. That is why
with the development of technology that is now very important to renew an IT service system
to be better in a company.
