Time Frame: September 2015 – April 2018.
Responsibilities:
 Worked with the automation team for development of the process.
 Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues
when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work
 Work with QA Testing Coordinator and project staff to ensure test cases and scenarios provide
test coverage for all requirements; assist with the authoring and development of test scenarios
 Track and complete the forms as soon as the clarification is received from different roles on the
worksheets
 Interact with the on-shore resources (CTT) regarding data quality issues, trial status and timelines
