4) The Contract is bound by the Jurisdiction of Delhi.
5)- Any changes by Venue Authority, will be final. Venue is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
7)- Any damage during or at event due to act of God will not be Ample's Responsibility.
8)-Any elements used extra other than mentioned items above, shall be charged additonally.
