Meal diet in VRK diet program

Who can adopt 2 meal diet ?


It is suitable for the people who are 5 to 15 kg overweight of their BMI. Also suitable for the new diet
challengers who are not comfortable to leave solid food immediately and adopt four pillars. 2 meal
diet rules:

1) Four pillars of the program (along with Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 500mg -1) should be followed
as it is (As referred by VRK sir)

2) You have to take solid food only 2 times per day. For example if you take 1st meal (solid food such
as Curry, Nuts, Seeds, Cucumbers, Carrot or powder of Flax and Sesame seeds...etc) at 10 a m, you
have to take 2nd meal (solid food) mentioned as above between 6 p.m to 7 p.m. . Rest of the day,
whenever you feel hungry , you have to take only liquids like, soups , buttermilk, green tea,black
tea,black coffee, bullet proof coffee...etc only, but should not take anything that can be chewed .

3) The items mentioned in point number 2 is to be taken within the given limitations only (nuts,
seeds, flax seeds powder) and taking them is only optional, ( in order to maintain good energy levels)
not compulsory.

4) The fat stored in our body, starts burning , if we keep our stomach on fast for more than 13 to 16
hours,hence maintain gap between meal.

5)All religions like Hindu, Islam, Christian, Buddhism preached fasting. The intention or motto behind
preaching fasting is to keep us stay fit by burning food fat stored in our body.

6) This is observed not only by famous foreign doctors, (Jason Fung, Eric Berg, Jeff Volek.... )but also
the Indian dietitians.

7) You have to take fat in chunks with green tea, veg soup, nonveg soup, lukewarm water+lemon or
Bulletproof coffee.( Not more than 20 gram each time) in order to maintain good energy levels
throughout the day and to avoid motions and vomiting.

8) You have to adopt liquid diet , if you commit any mistakes during the diet program. It is not at all a
punishment but a great remedy.

Two Meal Diet Plan Sample Friends, The timings mentioned below are just for your understanding
only.
You can make minor changes based on your needs.

🔯🔯🔯 At 6.30 AM
Drink a glass of warm water.

🔯🔯🔯 At 7.AM
Drink a lemon juice in a glass of water.

🔯🔯🔯 At 8AM
10 grams of fat should be taken with soups or with green tea or hot water.

🔯🔯🔯 At 8. 45AM
Omelette (with 15 gram of Fat) with two or three eggs. ✳ Keera 1, carrot 1, Take almonds 5,
walnuts, 5 pistachios .

🔯🔯🔯 At 11AM
10 grams of fat can be taken with soup or bullet proof coffee.

🔯🔯🔯 Afternoon 1 PM
Any vegetable curry allowed in this diet or raw vegetable salad made with 10 grams of fat. (Or) 200
gram of meat,cooked with 20 grams of fat. ✳ Keera 1, ✳ Two spoons of sunflower seeds, two
teaspoons of watermelon seeds, two spoons of pumpkin seeds (can be fried slightly).

🔯🔯🔯 At 3PM
10 grams of fat.

🔯🔯🔯 At 6PM
10 grams of fat.

🔯🔯🔯 At 8.30 PM
10 grams of fat.

From the morning until night ✳Fat : 70 to 100 gram. ✳3 lemons. ✳Four liters of water. ✳A multi-
vitamin tablet. Take Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 500 mg- 1(preferably before meals in the afternoon)
along with four pillars.
