INSTRUCTIONS 1.1
LAST UPDATED: April 30, 2019
Summary of task

 Draw a tight polygon around all berries and their stems which are clearly visible and in the
foreground of the image

Alerts/Special Rules

 Do NOT label blurry berries

 Do NOT label berries where you can see less than 25% of the berry in the image

Global Rules/Instructions - These Apply to All Labels

 It is very important to get the label of ripeness correct for the berry - especially the
difference between Ripening, ThresholdRipe, and Ripe

Note: For RIPENING and THRESHOLDRIPE berries the color is still not entirely red and
there is still some white visible on the berry
Note: See how the berries which are slightly orange are marked as “ThresholdRipe” this is the
CORRECT way to do it
