10 BASIC RULES and REGULATIONS OF USING the COMPUTER

LABOLATORY
1. The computer labolatory is open from Monday to Friday as well as the router for the
WIFI.
2. The computer lab will be closed if the in-charge is out.It open if there is an important
matter be done by MARIAN COLLEGE/teacher inside the lab.
3. The student are not allowed to enter inside unless they are autherized by the incharge.
4. Foods and drinks are not prohibited in the table where computers are located ,there is
a table provided for some stuff needed inside.
5. Marian college wifi is the only router to be accessed by the students,smartphones and
loptops must be registered to the ict officer in order to access the internet.
6. Only the MARIAN COLLEGE teachers and the SA in-charge in the lab can borrow the
key from the property custodian (MR.Norvin B. Cadungog) and the borrower will fix
his/her signature in the logbook for a record.
7. During non- office our.MARIAN COLLEGE TEACHERS can fend the the key and affix
the signature in the logbook,the purpose,and the time borrowed .The wifi is open up to
9:00”oclock in the evening,it will be opened beyond the alloted depending on the need
of opening it.
8. During weekend as agreed,the WIFI is open the labolatory is losed,This to safeguard
the equipment`s in the lab from the intruders .Only sir jayson will open the AVR.
9. Outsiders are strickly prohibited to get inside the lab unless they are authorized by the
in-charge.
10. Borrowing of electronic devices such as printers,speakers,anything inside the
lab,etc.must be recorded in the logbook.

THIS IS TO MAINTAIN AND SUSTAIN THE EQUIPMENTS OF MARIAN COLLEGE

COMPUTER LABOLATORY.THIS OUR SCHOOL LET US JION TOGETHER IN
IMPLEMENTING THE ENUMERATING THE ENUMERATED RULES AND
REGULATIONS.
