Materials Needed:
 pictures illustrating different ways of preventing diseases acquired from stagnant water

Engage

Ask students the breeding places of mosquitoes. Explain that mosquitoes lay eggs in stagnant water.
Follow up by asking why mosquitoes are dangerous. Through the game “4 pics 1 word” let the
students guess the deadly disease brought by mosquito bites based from pictures of the symptoms.
