TO GRIBTA’S COLONY FROM MAIN ROAD JUBBAL MAGAUTA TO KAINA DOGRI IN G.P. KOT-
KAINA, TEHSIL JUBBAL, DISTT.SHIMLA, (H.P.).

Hon’ble Sir,
While highly appreciating your honourable’s leadership for the development of entire Himachal Pradesh
in all fields, especially for construction of roads to villages of the hilly areas, the undersigned, an Central Armed Police
Force employee, who was retired from the ITBP Force on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 30.04.09
(AN) after serving the Mother land for more than 37 years of service, in different boarders, adjoining to China, in very far
flung, remote and inaccessible areas of the Country, would like to point out some of the alarming problems and
difficulties being faced by my entire family/colony members, as being discussed under para-2-3 below for your kind
attention and as well as for the better development of the area under reference.

2. That the link road as mentioned in aforementioned subject matter was unanimously constructed during 2009-10
by all the local inhabitants of Kaina Dogri on their own sources and financial contribution with tireless efforts. This link
road now needs its proper constructin, maintenance and due repair so that the essential Government services and facilities
like Ambulance, Fire Fighting vehicle and Gas cylinders services etc. can be availed at the need of hours by all
inhabitant’s of Kaina Dogri. But, to our surprise, the said link road had not been maintained or repaired by the State PWD
so far for the reasons not known to us. As the State PWD is not taking up any course of action for the maintenance and
repairing of the said link road, the entire beneficiaries of this road are always subjected to force labours to clear the land
slides, cutting of unwanted grass and bushes etc. on both sides of the road every years especially during and after rainy
season for the sake of the safety of the people and domestic animals, vehicles etc.

3. Sir, it is submitted for your kind information that the aforementioned subject matter was also taken up vigorously
with previous Congress Govt during Aug 2017, whereas that Govt had sanctioned only a sum of Rs 1, 00,000/- as against
accessed amount of Rs 24, 47,435/- for above said road which is an utterly insufficient amount. Secondly, the local PWD
authorities at Jubbal have not initiated any further course of action for utilizing this sanctioned amount so far and as such
the repair and maintenance work of this road still remained as unattended.

4. In view of the facts as mentioned above, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, is therefore,
requested to kindly accord the necessary permission for the allocation of budget as per administrative approval accorded
by Superintending Engineer, 14th Circle, HPPWD, ROHRU, vide his Office order No. PW-SE-XIV-WS-I-Kaina Dogri
road/ 2015-785862 dated 08-09-16 for which act of kindness and charity the entire personnel of Gribta’s Colony shall
remain ever highly obliged to you, Sir. Hoping for an early reply on the address mentioned above on priority basis please.

for your ready reference). As a mark of honour and as per existing provisions of H.P. Land Revenue
Act, you are requested to kindly ensure its proper entry in the Genealogical Tree (Shajra
Nasab)/Pedigree Chart etc. or its subsequent and other relevant Land Records being maintained at
Patwar Circle of Mandhol, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla, (H.P.) in favour of the undersigned against
KHETWAT No 65/91min KHATONI No 186 and 187/150 for further future records.
