BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 03 – 2021

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT (COA) OFFICE FOR

THE INSPECTION OF THE PROPOSE DEMOLITION OF THE BARANGAY WELCOME
ARC OF BARANGAY #18 SAN ISIDRO, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, that the height of the welcome arc is sub-standard where a large
vehicle couldn’t enter and suggested to widen also the distance of the post of said arc;
WHEREAS, that the width of the arc won’t make two vehicles passes through at
the same time;
WHEREAS, that the said arc will be funded by a private individual and construct a
better and larger Arc after the demolition is done;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of BK Corazon A. Ragual, duly seconded by BK
Evelyn G. Tagavilla, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay to request the
COA Office for inspection of the proposed demolition of welcome arc of the barangay.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the offices
concerned.
