The entire report we have prepared for the perquisite requirement of completing a course
Auditing. And the report is about 3 year’s audit report of Social Islami Bank Limited. Here we
have learned many new things about auditing and especially about auditor’s Report how perform
a practical working auditing at Social Islami Bank Limited.

Social Islami Bank Limited is one of the most successful and reputed private bank of
Bangladesh. The bank is improving day by day. At the end of this year of operation, the bank
maintained its position as one of the leading new generation private sector banks in the country
in terms of capital base and good governance. From the last published 3 years audit report we
have seen that SIBl Maintain all accounting Standards and rules and regulation and The
Company's Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Comprehensive Income dealt with
by the report are in agreement with the books of account; and the expenditure incurred was for
the purposes of the Company's business.

I hope SIBL will do better in future and they will able to get good credit rating and auditor’s
