1. Paper "Why do you want to be an entrepreneur?

What
motivates you?" (DUE September 10th)

single-spaced pages of text (12-pt font).

My motivation is the result of the experiences I have lived after observing hundreds of startups
which present innovative initiatives which for various reasons do not reach the final phase. We
are completely sure that in all the cases of having had the support for the development of their
applications, monitoring their progress all the startups would have culminated all the stages
and would be devices that would be in the National/Regional/International market depending
on the target market segment.
I have a total vision about my destiny, I have seen target companies, I have knowledge of teams
that require my advice to get to grow their ideas, I want to do the work I do now independently
more efficiently, reaching a wider group of people allowing economic growth at city level.
Innovation is the engine that makes my current clients feel satisfied since each of them receives
from me a preferential treatment and a technology solution tailored to each company, this
solution meets their needs and optimizes their processes saving hundreds of dollars.
Being an entrepreneur gives me the opportunity to define the pivot points thus expanding the
company towards the horizon that I have envisioned from the beginning managing to break the
limits of routine and traditional, this was something that I saw reflected in my studies to obtain
the SCRUM certification, nowadays companies are forced to go through a transition stage
because the cascade or traditional models did not work for the changing market today and is
what we detect and document because this same material is with which we guide each of our
customers to ensure their success.
Of course even as a company the planning work does not end, but the benefit and what
motivates me to be an entrepreneur is that the work is divided into the number of people
trained to do it, having a company with more than one person trained to respond to a specific
need of the customer I can in a very short period of time machine the problem, vision the
objectives and develop a great sketch to focus the ideas of customers finally so directing them
to success. The success of a Startup begins with the idea, of course this must have a unique,
innovative or simply to facilitate a process, but for the investment phase is well seen by
investors this idea must be presented exposing all the economic and social benefits that will
bring implement it in our markets, and this stage is where our company is going to give the
greatest support to our customers since this will be one of the determining factors when
defining the viability of an idea.
