JUDICIAL COUNTER AFFIDAVIT OF ROSE PRIM KO

PURPOSE:
This JUDICIAL COUNTER AFFIDAVIT OF Rose Prim Ko in lieu of direct
testimony is being offered to prove the material allegations in the complaint, identify
the documents attached herein and such other matters relative thereto.
Preliminary Matters:
Witness is ROSE PRIM KO, 35 years old, married, a resident of Barangay
Apas, Lahug, Cebu City. She is a Barangay Health Worker and at the same time a
Purok Leader in her barangay.
IRENE EVE VILLAFLORES, with office address at _____________________,
Cebu City, is one conducting or supervising the examination of the witness held at the
above mentioned law office.
Witness is answering the questions asked, fully conscious of being under oath
and aware of being under pain of criminal liability for false testimony or perjury.
Circumstances on how the witness acquired the facts:
1. Q. Do you undertake to answer the questions to be asked of you, fully
conscious that you will do so under oath, and that you may face criminal liability
for false testimony or perjury?
A. Yes.

2. Q. Do you prefer answering the questions in English or in your dialect

(Bisaya)?
A. “Pwede bisaya lang ma’am, para mas matubag naku ug tarong ang mga
pangutana.”
3. Q. “Kaila ba ka sa reklamante nga si Sulpicio Gonzales Sr.?”
A. “Oo maam, nilangsad siya nga kandidato sa pagka Congressman sa
among distrito.”

4. Q. “Nakakita o nakaila ba ka niya?”

A. “Oo maam, kakita naku niya sa personal.”

5. Q. “Kanus-a ug asa man nimu siya nakit-an?”

A. “Aside sa pag pulong-pulong, kato pung gabi-i before sa eleksyon.”

6. Q. “Pwede ba nimu masaysay ang mga nahitabo atong gabhi-ona?”

A. “Petsa 12 sa Mayo, gabi-i before sa eleksyon, gitapok ming mga lider sa
purok didto sa iyang headquarters sa among barangay kuyog ang among Brgy.
Chairman. Gipahatag namu ang lista sa kada purok unya gitagaan mi ug tag
200 sa kada taw sa lista naka istipol sa sample ballot, ug laing 1000 namung
mga lider.”

7. Q. “So imong gidawat ang maong mga kantidad?”

A. “Oo maam, may nalang intawon pangbugas. Asa gud tawon ta ug libre nga
1000?”

8. Q. “Wala na ba’y laing nahitabo aside ani?”

A. “Wala na maam.”

9. Q. “Naa pa ba kay laing madungag?”

A. “Wala napud maam.”
