PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

JOB:
This agreement is made as of this date, ………………………………. , between
……………………………… (“Client”), and Foustine Dere (“Producer”).
Producer hereby agrees to produce and deliver to Client the production of the below
referenced media(s) (“Specified Media(s)”), subject to and in accordance with all terms,
conditions, and specifications set forth herein.

Terms and conditions
1. Client shall have three opportunities to request changes to the first edit prior to final
completion and delivery of all media.
2. Client shall own all the rights to the delivered media(s) including the raw footage.
3. Client grants producer the rights to the final video only for use in producer’s demo-reels
and portfolio.
4. It is the essence of this agreement that all completed media and services provided by
producer shall be of applicable production standards.
5. If one party fails to live up to the agreement, the other party should be able to terminate
the agreement and/or exact full remuneration when applicable.
