 Configuring GPON OLT through LCT and through EMS.

 Testing of the New laid OFC on 1310nm/1550nm within the technically specified frame i.e. LSPM.
 Testing of the newly laid OFC along with interconnectivity with BSNL Existing OFC for Link
creation.
