It has been found from our record that a letter has been issued to The Secretary , Housing
department, Government of West Bengal from Joint Secretary, UD&MA department, Government
of West Bengal on 26.8.19 vide no.359-MA/O/C-6/1L-47/2019 for allotment of land vide Mouza-
Akra, Dag Nos455(P) & 456 (P), J.L. No.01 for the above mentioned project. The copy of the
letter has been collected from Ch. V&S department by hand. There after no information has
reached to the department for transferring the land in favour of KMC and incorporation of the land
to the KMC property list.

This matter is essential for preparation of DPR and getting sanctioned from Govt. of West Bengal.
Now Ch. V&S is requested to look into the matter and to expedite the process of allotment of said
land in favour of KMC.
