The work order for the above stated work was issued on 25.4.2017. CLPOA in its letter dated
30.10.2017 has submitted report which is attached herewith. Some activities have been done which
are given below:

4 Preparation of lease deed of CLPOA was present during hand over of 25

Over all % of work done=(125*100/400)
=31.25
From the above table it is seen that beneficiaries survey works of Nonadanga (Ward-107) & Sampa
Mirza Nagar‘ (Maheshtala Municipality) have been completed but not a single lease deed has been
prepared.
A sum of (Rs.185880*0.3125)=Rs.58087/- may be given to CLPOA for their work if approve by
D.G./TP&DD.
