We feel glad to inform you that you have been enrolled as a student of this institute to undertake Two Years
Full Time PGDM Program for the Batch: 2019-2021. You are required to report at the Campus – IMIS,
Swagat Vihar, Bankuala (Near Siridi Sai Temple), Bhubaneswar-751002 on 9th July 2019 (Tuesday)
between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and attend the Program as per the following schedule:

10th July 2019 : Welcome

11th July to 13th July ‘19 : Exordium (The Induction Program)

15th July 2019 : Regular Classes

The detail program of the Exordium (The Reckoner), Course Curriculum, Course Manual, Time Table,
Identity Card, Library Card etc. will be given on the reporting date.

You are required to deposit the balance fees and documents as mentioned below if not deposited on the
date of admission. The Mess Fee of Rs.50,000/- to be paid in the form of cash or bank draft drawn in favour
of “IMIS, Bhubaneswar”, payable at Bhubaneswar. The Hostel allotment will be done on the day of
reporting.
