Answer:
To establish networking/collaboration broaden my horizon and understanding on barangay
governance.
To get new idea / inspiration on how to perform my task duties and responsibilities as
barangay official.

Answer:
By attending this seminar it has numerous benefits for me like: improving my communication
skills, gaining expert knowledge, networking and renewing motivation and confidence.

3. What did u find most useful in the activity and why?

Answer:
a. It gains visibility – if I take visible role that’s an easy way to set myself apart from the
crowd.
b. Building stronger relationship with others – is the best time to build on the relationships
you already have. It is a time to reconnect with and get to know them better.

4. What suggestions can you give us to improve activities of this kind in the future?
Answer:
a. Explore topics which are more relevant to barangay governance in an depth approach
b. Invite speakers who can really motivate participants and who can share actual
experience in his/her particular field.
