Session Guide Title: Tara Gawa Tayo ng RPMS Portfolio! (Teachers RPMS Portfolio)

Participants: All Teachers I, II and III of Makinhas National High School

Duration: 4 Hours

Date and Venue: August 30, 2019 @ Makinhas National High School Computer Lab

Terminal Objective:
At the end of the session the participants are expected to:
1. Make a teacher’s RPMS Portfolio

Enabling Objectives:
1. Familiarize the parts of the teacher’s RPMS portfolio.
2. Identify the documents or evidences needed in each part of the RPMS portfolio.
3. Appreciate the importance of the RPMS portfolio to the teachers.
4. Apply the knowledge gained in making a teacher’s RPMS portfolio.

What is RPMS?
 Results-Based Performance Management System
 is a systematic mechanism to manage, monitor and measure performance, and identify human resource and organizational
development needs to enable continuous work improvement and individual growth
What is RPMS portfolio?
 a compilation of materials, documents and evidences needed in RPMS

Things Needed in making a RPMS portfolio
 Copy of RPMS Tool, five (5) long folders or a clear book for five KRAs, binder clips/ fastener, original documents or
evidences, photocopy of the documents or evidences, tab, highlighter or marker
Tips you to produce a well-prepared document and well-organized portfolio:
 Start gathering documents at the beginning of the school year
 Follow the steps in preparing documents and organizing your portfolio
 Check for the completeness of the documents needed by preparing a checklist
 Reproduce the documents in clear copies
 Have the photocopied documents in whatever size available
 Label properly all the documents for easy reference
 Submit complete documents and keep intact
 Keep portfolio simple yet presentable
