Item I. Contractor shall submit all manuals, drawings/As-built plan as work constructed prior to
applying for a Completion Certificate.
NOTE: There should be a full time, competent Licensed Electrical Engineer or Supervisor assigned in this particular project.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Start:
Duration: 90 days
1. The contractor must provide a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Supervisor to manage the electrical task for this particular project.
2. The contractor’s Electrical Engineer will directly coordinate with the assigned end user in the implementation of this project.
3. The contractor’s Electrical Engineer will supervise his people to the mobilization, installation, implementation, testing and the final commissioning of
each project.
5. Contractor should submit detailed work schedule in the form of Bar Graph (Gantt Chart) indicating weekly and monthly projected percentage of
accomplishments
7. Contractor should submit detailed Weekly and Monthly Material Delivery Schedule
8. Contractor will be responsible for handling, safekeeping and storage of their equipment, tools and materials.
9. Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt removal of rubbish, disused shoring & etc. during the progress of works.
10. Any person found pilfering, destroying, stealing any of SMYAC’s property shall be turned over to Security Office and contractor will be penalized
accordingly.
11. Contractor will be penalized accordingly, for every calendar day delay of the project.
12. Contractor shall work 24 hours, if necessary to complete the works within the specified period . All Works shall be subject to SMYAC rules covering
security and safety.
13. Contractors shall provide SMYAC with all necessary drawings, operating/maintenance manuals, brochures, charts & etc. that contain information
vital for the operation and maintenance.
NOTE TO BIDDERS
2. Bidders should offer electrical brands and products (wires, breakers, pipes, utilities, etc.) approved by the San Miguel Corp.
1. The contractor shall be involved until the final commissioning of the project.
2. Electrical Works Labor/Services and Delivered equipment/products Warranty provision: One year warranty
3. Acceptance of work shall be certified by SMYAC
