1 Visual check
rating, motor type etc as per approved specification.
2 Ensure the pump set is factory tested FAT Report

3 check and ensure the pump foundation are as per requirment As per approved drawing

4 Check for proper mounting of vibration isolator As per approved drawing

5 Check and ensure the proper installation of suction line and valves As per approved drawing
Check the flange joints for proper sealing with the rubber gasket and
6 Visual check
tightness of nut bolts
7 Check and ensure the proper aligment of coupling for the pump & Motor Visual check

8 Ensure the proper cabling for the motor and pressure swtich Visual check

9 Ensure the 2 point earthing work for the motor Visual check

10 Does the drain point is provided for proper drain Visual check

11 Fire water route flow to be made above the all routes of pipe. Visual check
