I, RESIMO P, ABEJAR JR., married, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address
at Block 5, Lot 21, Saint Joseph-4, Butong Cabuyao City( Laguna) after having been sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That my real and complete name is RESIMO PENARANDA ABEJAR JR.;

That when we sell our property covered by Lot 5, Blk 21 , TCT –T-415302
JR was erroneously omitted in the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE and only RESIMO
P. ABEJAR appeared;

That RESIMO P. ABEJAR JR. appearing in my Tax Identification Number (TIN)

and RESIMO P. ABEJAR appearing in the Deed of Absolute Sale refer to one
and the same person which is me alone;

That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
