To begin with, there are a variety of reasons why most enterprises take priority over the profit. Firstly, it
is undeniable that main purpose of companies is to maximize the revenue. The more profits they earn the
higher salary they could pay for their employees. It seems to make a sense of satisfaction for both
employers and employees. Secondly, in the efforts to achieve profit target, enterprises sometimes neglect
the happiness of their own workers. This is because they usually consider their employees’ role minority
compared to the profit. Gradually, this trend is becoming increasingly popular nowadays.

This tendency definitely brings some disadvantages to the workers. The negative effects, government
should impose the regulations on the businesses such as a minimum wage for each kind of careers,
annual leave and so on. This would be extremely effective to limit of harm to working environments.
More importantly, the labor union must encourage to be established in the company. They will be mainly
responsible for protection of their members’ interest on behalf of them.

In conclusion, there are some clear reasons for this trend and I believe that government should interfere
in this situation to improve the working conditions as well as to protect employee’s interest..
