In 2007 a Retail Study was a retail precinct & their roles
commissioned by North Sydney Council and
Crows Nest Mainstreet. The work was
undertaken by consultants People, Place and
Partnership Pty Ltd and City Marketing Pty
Ltd.
North Sydney Council
Crows Nest succeeds as a shopping
precinct because all the partners are Planning
contributing to some extent. These partners Infrastructure
are North Sydney Council, Property Owners
and Businesses. The diagram opposite shows

If a centre is to excel it requires that
each of the responsible partners are
involved in its success. They need to ensure Customers
that they are performing to the highest their
possible level. Crows Nest could be more “experience”
successful with effort from each of the
