Being a hospitality manager is challenging and interesting as well. If I was in that position, of course, I will
want to create the highest level of expectations to my customers why cause every customer has their
standards. If you set high quality of service to them they will expectations will rise and if the other
company don't meet it will be your edge it might also be the cause of success of your venture And to do
that, of course, I'm in that position cause I have the skills and I have to share those skills to my
employees I must create mini-me so that they can also set high standards for the customers as well.

If you set high quality of service to them their expectations will rise. The food is not just the only thing that
matters but also how is the service being performed. The guest comes back to the particular place cause
they are satisfied with the service and how they are being treated. The quality of service is somewhat
related to the satisfaction of the guest. The assurance of the guest to come back depends on his/her
satisfaction that also depends on the quality of service they're the establishment offers
