hospitality industry refers to a variety of business and services linked to leisure and
customer satisfaction. The concerned of the Hospitality Industry is the services
related to leisure and customer satisfaction

Objective

The main objective of the Sagrado’s Hotel is to give the best that we can do
for our Guest.

Specific Objectives:

 To give them a place where they can take a rest.


 To give them a place where they can consume Food and Beverages.
 To do a different Leisure Services like Swimming, Spa, Jacuzzi, Night
club and Gym Fitness.

Overview of the Industry

The hotel industry is also known as the service sector. The reception and
entertainment of Guests, Visitors, or Stranger with riberality and good will.
Hospitality industry is a board of category about the service industry also including
event planning, theme park, restaurant, lodging and also tourism industry.
Market Trends

By serving our customers a quality services and giving them a friendly price.
So that we can gain or increase the number of customers, where in we can ensure
their safety

Market Growth

By making an advertisement on the social media and by making a


commercial on the television so that our business can grow easily and it can be a
famous hotel someday because of the advertisements and commercials.

Market Needs

The Sagrado’s Hotel want their guest to have a beautiful experience so that
we want to have a full aircondition hotel, swimming pool at the rooftop of the
hotel, chandelier at the ceiling of the hotel. The Sagrado’s Hotel have a 5 th floor
with a different kinds of beautiful rooms so that our guests can relax.

Key to Success

There are four key to success, three of wich are virtually the same as any
food service business it is the fourth-key the community mission- that will give us
that extra measure of respect in the public eye.

Product Strategy

The Sagrado’s Hotel have an hardwork, effort and attentions, a good attitude
and a way of thinking and always have an attention for what customers need,
showing our gratitude for the customers, always smile everytime, always make
them feel appreciated, valued and important. To make our services the number 1
priority.

Product Description

The Sagrado’s Hotel is a good choice for the guest who want to relax and
feel comfortable. The hotel is arranged on five floors that have a different service.

On the ground floor there is a lobby where you can sit and relax to make
yourself comfortable.

On the left side of the entrance there is a night club, if you want to socialize,
dance, hang out with friends, come in our night club at the Sagrado’s Hotel.

At the right side of the entrance, there is also an elevator that you can use
anytime to easily come to the another floor.

We also have a Gym/Fitness centre a place where you can exercise your
body or work out.

If you want to used Hydrotheraphy, Relaxation or Pleasure, we also have an


Hot Tub or Jacuzzi.

We also have a business center that have a computers that allow the guest to
work while they are staying at the hotel.

We also have a coffee shop where coffe and hot beverages are served while
you are reading a news paper or magazines.

If you like to swim and relax, it is a good idea to go at the rooftop of the
hotel where you can see the swimming pool to make yourself feeling freshed.

The Sagrado’s Hotel will purchase all the supplies and materials needed of
the hotel on a famous business marketing that have a good quality and affordable
products.

Service Strategy

The Sagrado’s Hotel will have a full time services for the customers who
staying in the hotel and for those who want to check-inn.

Pricing Strategy

The Sagrado’s Hotel strategy for the pricing is to set the prices based on the
anticipated demands. The hotel room rate will be charge depends on how high
demand is, for instance, times of high demands may lead to a higher prices.

General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel,
to day- to day staff management and Guests. He/She should be an ambassador for
the brand and your hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all
departments in support of our service culture, maximized operation and guest
satisfaction work very closely with the hotel owners and other satke holders.
Responsible for managing the hotel management team (HOD’s) and over all
hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience. A general manager would
also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measure.

Executive Assistant Manager

An executive assistant manager is responsible for keeping a perfect


coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards
to the company’s standard, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort
and satisfaction for guest.

Accounting

The accounting is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flow
transaction of a company. This department has some key, rules and
responsibilities, including accounts receivable, account payable, payroll, financial
reporting, and maintaining financial controls.

Marketing and Sales

A marketing and sales manage the marketing strategy, advertising,


promoting and sales of a hospitality property’s product. He/she also manage the
hotel as a brand, or make sure the hotel is a true representative of a brand.

Engeneering

Engeneering is responsible for the physical facilities of a hotel. Their job is


to keep the faculty in top condition for safety, guest satisfaction and profitability
Purchasing

Is responsible for the procurement process, this means it ensures the supply
of goods, production material and equipment so that a smooth production and sales
process can take place. For this, goods must be produced at the right time, and of
the right quantity.

Room Division

A room division manager holds a very senior position in that, they are
responsible for over seeing both the front office and house keeping operations of a
hotel.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is an important department of the hotel industry especially


responsible for cleanliness, aesthetic up keep of the rooms, maintenance, public
area, and sorroundings.

Front Office

Front office department plays a vital role in a hotel, and it is the face of a
hotel or hospitality establishment. It is the first and the last department where a
guest interacts.

Security

Hotel Security protects hotel guest, employess, and property hotel security
typically works directly on the hotel property, patrolling the grounds, and in an
office, monitoring security cameras or filling out paper works.

Uniformed Service

Uniformed services in a hotel are the staff members who perform essential
duties that add to the guest experience. This lesson will high light key aspects of
guest services, such as baggage handling, valet parking, and dinner reservation.
Telephone
Telephone always plays a very important part in hospitality industry. People
all over the world call for making booking or asking for information or transferring
messages to the guests or for various other purpose.

Food and Beverage

Food and Beverage is responsible for maintaining high quality of food and
service food costing, managing restaurants etc.

Room Service

Room service or in-room dining is a hotel service enabling guests to choose


items of food and drink for delivery to their hotel room for consumption.

Banquet and Catering

Banquet and Catering is range of service styles for large catered events, such
as wedding, award ceremonies, charity dinners, and sport team.

Bars

Is an establishment licensed to serve alcohol beverages and is named after


the counter or bar on wich drinks are served.

Restaurants

General Tourism and event planning also belong to his niche. Some of these
businesses partially belong to the hospitality industry. For example a fast food
restaurant would be considered convenient.

Food Product

Food Product is a department wich is involved in preparation of a food. A


process in wich raw materials are cooked, combined and transformed to make a
dish.
