Hello new users,

This is a list of Sexout Mods that are verified to work with the current version ‘97 of Sexout
NG, and also the Beta ‘98 of Sexout NG.
While it depends greatly on your fetishes, almost all mods require the following:

Requirements/Frameworks
– Mod managers like: Nexus Mod Manager(NMM), Mod Organizer, FOMM
– LOOT. Can help you sort plugins (*.esm and *.esp)
– NVSE (=OBSE/SKSE for Fallout)
– NVSE Extender
– JIP NVSE Plugin
– MCM (The Mod Configuration Menu)
– CASM for automating the saving.
– 4GB solution like 4GB Fallout New Vegas Updated or FNV 4GB Patcher
– New Vegas Anti Crash (NVAC)
– New Vegas Stutter Remover !!Windows 10 users must follow the settings suggested by
redmaxblower on the Nexus posts of the same mod’s page. Otherwise the game will crash
every 10 minutes or so!!
– SmallerTalk or SmallTalk. I only use SmallerTalk, as I find SmallTalk too limited.
– Nude bodies for males and females.
– – Astymma Compatability Skeleton Required for Sexout animations and Bouncing
Natural Breasts etc. Lots of body-mods overwrite the Skeleton with their version which is
bad. So make sure to reinstall the Compatibility Skeleton as last mod.
– – Suggested for male are Breezes or Robert’s
– – For females are a ton of choices. Most popular are Type 3, Type 3M, Type 6, Type N
– – – Bouncing natural breasts (BNB) ‘Animations’ to make breasts bounce
– Sexout NG (=Fallout New Vegas version of Skyrim’s Sexlab, or Sims KinkyWorld,
Oblivion’s Lovers with PK, or Fallout 4’s Four-Play) or the Beta of Sexout NG. There is an
installation guide if you have issues.
– And 99% of all mods also require Sexout Common Resources. This framework is
difficult to install, due to copyright stuff, so take your time on it and follow the installation
guide.

There are some more Frameworks that work fluently with most Sexout-mods, but aren't a
requirement. Some of these add fetishes to otherwise ‘harmless’ mods below.
Other Framework mods
– Sexout Sound Replacer. If you don’t like the current sounds from Sexout NG.
– Sexout Drugging - To add some sex-related drugs and add special effects to the
ingame drugs and alcohol
– Sexout Wear and Tear If you like your character get negative debuffs for too much sex.
– Sexout Spunk + Sexout Pregnancy. If you have a pregnancy fetish. It’s also a
requirement for some big mods.
– – Advanced Medical Scanner Addon for Sexout Spunk to get more details then the
already added Medical Scanner from Sexout Spunk
– – Addon Maternity Pack Overkill, to have even more pregnancy enabled outfits and to
make the game recognize those pregnancy versions of outfits in dialog-checks.
– – !!! Somebody also made a compendium of Sexout Pregnancy + MaternityPackOverkill
+ all ‘maternity’ resources of Sexout Common Resources. It’s called Sexout Maternity
Mega Pack (SMMP). It could be 1 or 2 versions behind, but it will save you some time
setting things up.

– Immersive Lactation for if you get thirsty. (Eventually similar functionality

will be scrapped from Sexout Breeder below)
– Sexout Lactation for if you get thirsty. (Sexout Breeder below already includes this
mod)

Note that even if you install all the mods above, you still don’t get any sex. All mods above
are just the framework on which the sex-enabling mods are build. Below we start with
basic mods and test mods.

Simple unimmersive mods:

For testing the installation and very basic sex-stuff.
– Sexout SexKey press 'X' for sex
– Sexout Store To buy most of the outfits from Sexout Common Resources + a fetch
quest
– SexoutSex (Basically Sexout SexKey, but then through dialogue) or lite
– – SexoutSexMS (If you don’t like gay options for your male player-character)
– SexoutStraponSex (For female player-characters having some lesbian interaction)
– Sexout KissKey (press ‘K’ to kiss)
Before you continue it’s advisable to start Fallout New Vegas, start a new game, run up to
an NPC or animal and press ‘X’, to test if you’ve installed SexoutNG Correctly.
Once you’ve tested that you can have sex, we can get to the fetishes. For this I'm very
biased as I'm involved in some of these and at the same time haven’t played many others.
At the top of each section are the bigger mods, at the bottom the mods that only add a bit
of dialogue, or a small simple quest, etc.

Normal Sex - Adding Sex-related stuff to existing quests and dialogue.

– SexoutConsequences adds sex-related solutions.
– SexoutFadeToBlack Removes the Fade-To-Black screens you get in the default game,
and replaces them with sex-scenes
– SexoutLust Gives NPC’s horniness counters. If they are exceeded, they will either
masturbate or find comfort in the player. Also gives player a horniness counter, and will
masturbate if it doesn’t go down fast enough. (Requires SexoutSpunk)
– SexoutWillow . Removes the fade-to-black scene with sex and adds a repeat-for-sex
dialog option after the first time. (Requires Willow)
– SexoutVanessa Same as SexoutWillow, but then for follower Vanessa. (Requires
Vanessa)
– SexoutCompanions (issues reported with ‘Cass’ though)

Normal Sex - New content

– Sexout Intimacy Adds a way to start an initimate relationship with an NPC
– Sexout Coito Ergo Sum Operate your own Brothel (Requires Coito Ergo Sum )
– Sexout Soliciting You + Followers can be hookers in the casino’s.
– Sexout Loversbed If you are sneaky enough, you can see NPC’s “sharing” beds.
– GG_Naughty_Trading Pimp youself
– Mojave Pimp Pimp out your followers and specific NPC’s
– Sexout ScorpionsGang pimp yourself to the scorpions gang.
– Sexout Affairs adds realistic dating with a girl added by this mod.
– SexoutBang Same as SexoutSex, but adds conditions players must pass, before sex
commences. (!!Issues reported with several other mods dialog trees!!)

Forced Sex/Player Slavery. "They want your butt, so bend over"

– Sexout Tryout Multiple huge quests where player (female character) is forced to
undergo sex to buy their freedom. Also adds degrading dialogues where some factions
demand sex, because of your gender. Also fits in well with Sexout Drugging. (Requires
Old World Blues and Honest Hearts DLC’s)
– Kidnapped By Fiends - Sexout Patch Get kidnapped by fiends, Duh (Requires
Kidnapped by Fiends)
– Sexout Sewer Slave (Sexout_SS) Adds a quest in Northside New Vegas, where player
is forced to have sex to buy freedom.
– Sexout Assault For getting raped. (Note that the script will crash after a couple of hours
of gameplay. In case that happens. Save, Quit the game, untick SexoutAssault, Start the
savegame, Save, Quit the game, Tick SexoutAssault, Start the save game and all should
be fine, though you might need to redo the MCM menu settings)
– TwistedMinds Adds some sex to your first visit to Nipton

Making Slaves
– Unethical Deeds You can force defeated people into sex, or be forced into sex if you
lose. Defeated opponents can be turned into slaves. Also followers can force player into
sex.
– – Unethical Deeds Extended Edition Bug fixes for the original mod + small additions.
– – – Unethical Deeds Extensions Bug fixes for the base mod + Extended Edition.
– Human Trafficking - Punishing Slaves This addon adds sex to Human Traficking AKA
Simple Slavery. (Requires Simple Slavery.)
– Sexout Slavers 3 third attempt at making a Slavery-mod. Older versions aren’t
compatible with the current SexoutNG
– Sexout Rule the World Learn how to become a slaver by some incredibly ugly NPC’s
(requires Rule the World)

Beastiality
– Sexout Breeder Get captured by somewhat sentient creates and forced into sex. Some
of the creatures force you to mutate. (Requires the Pregnancy Framework stuff)
– Fertile Breeder Player can choose to breed with named creatures and if she gives birth
to its offspring, she can sell the offspring for cash. Includes a questline to breed with all
animals, that this mod caters too. Also has several addons described below and in the
TTW section. (Requires the Pregnancy Framework stuff AND Maternity Pack Overkill)...
Note that "Mojave Pimp" integrates nicely into these mods.
– – Fertile Breeder – Farmer Addon to Fertile Breeder, where player is captured and
forced to breed, but can escape and start her own Farm.
– – Fertile Breeder – Captured Addon to Fertile Breeder, where player is forced to breed
with animals.
– Sexout Kennel Adds a location where you can get enslaved and undergo dog-sex
– – Sexout Kennel Show Addon where player can give or watch a sex show with dogs in
the Atomic Wrangler
– Sexout Miss Moo Contains 1 questline where player has to breed with a creature and
possibility of getting a non-visual mutation.
– Sexout Rocket Get a follower dog called Rocket, that you can have sex with.
– SexoutRex. To get sexy with Rex the dog. Also on the same downloadpage
SexoutRexWillow, where J.T. also can get friendly with Willow ( Requires Willow)

Other fetishes
– Sexout SleepingNecro Necrofilia / Sex with dead things (Says it requires Lutana NVSE
plugin, but that’s fully incorporated into JIP NVSE plugin in the framework section)
– Sexout: Another Kick in the Head. “Another Kick in the Head” forces players to have
weird dreams when you get killed in combat (or when going to bed, if option enabled in
MCM). Sexout: Another<> adds some Sexout dreams to the set of dreams. ( Another
Kick in the Head is fully integrated, which is therefor NOT a requirement).
– In Vitro Fertilization Pregnancy without having sex.
– Sexout: Sexist Dialogue Makes NPC’s say nasty things to you. Soft requirement for
Sexout Tryout, as some of the lines only make sense if you play with that mod on.

WSEX
WSEX is a different framework as SexOut, but user Rabidsquirrel pointed out
that there is a WSEX addon, that switches the WSEX calls to SexOut's.

- For this you need the original WSEX (Download and install Wasteland Sex
Module version H only!!))

- Then this plugin to convert it to Sexout-calls

- And below some WSEX mods that you can now play with this plugin:

–– Smith's Dancers is a stripclub/player home. Requires Lings and Sortomatic

as well but probably my favorite in this list.
–– Katie NPC is a dynamic girlfriend/follower system for male characters only.
She does not play nice with females.
–– Sexual Innuendo and Humping the Mojave add some dialogue sex with HtM
adding a lot more than the few pieces put in with SI.
–– More Adult Content More Adult Content is a rather meh ‘build a porn studio’
mod. I would strongly recommend Coito Ergo Sum instead which doesn't require
Wsex and is just a much better mod overall but it is one of the few with the Wsex
requirements so I am listing it here.
–– Marisol Companion works like the RDJJ follower on here, but doesn't include
the other followers in that mod and she starts in Goodsprings. Ho hum follower
but she works fine.
–– For completion sake I'll also name NCR CF, but you can also find it in
subsection Forced Sex/Player slavery.(Mod has versions for WSEX and SexOut)

- DO NOT USE the WSEX mod called "Dynamic Sexual Innuendo", as it re-
overrides stuff from the plugins above !!!

TTW Specific mods

Tale of Two wastelands (TTW) adds Fallout 3 + DLC to the Fallout New Vegas universe.
This in itself offers new opportunities for Sexout mods.
– SexoutTTWPregPodFix and Vault 112 Jumpsuit Pregnancy Fix seem to fix the same
issue. If you wear the Vault 112 suit for the specific mission, and you have a bun in the
over (Your outfit swapped to a pregnancy version) you can’t enter the pod. (Neither of the
mods are needed if you run Maternity Pack Overkill with the MPO ScriptAddon TTW)
– Fertile Breeder TTW Addons FBZeta adds content to the DLC Zeta. If you run with this
mod, no other FertileBreeder characters will appear unless you finish the Zeta DLC (or
press the MCM option). FBDCBreeder adds some more DC-Specific breeders in the same
way as Fertile Breeders main mod. FBJade adds a custom follower that you freed in
FBZeta, that is fertile-breeder lore friendly. (All these mods require Fertile Breeder and its
requirements and integrate nicely into Mojave Pimp) (Fetishes: Forced into sex, mutual
agreeable sex, Beastiality, Pregnancy+Birth)
– SexoutRex TTW Edition Just like SexoutRex, this allows companions and player to
have Sex with Rex. But it also adds Dogmeat to the list of dogs. Also here Willow-option
will add J.T. and willow as willing subjects (Willow addin requires Willow) (Fetishes:
Beastiality)
– TTW Encounters TTW counterpart to Sexout Consequences (Fetishes: Normal sex)
– FalloutTTW QuestOverhaul Adds Sexual resolution to Fallout 3 quests and new Sex
related quest to DC. Mostly it contains a solution to ally with supermutants and raiders.
This is a HUGE MOD!!! with dozens of quests. It contains some bugs which are fixed by
the mod below.
– – FalloutTTW QuestOverhaul Addons and Patch Fixes the bugs from FalloutTTW
QuestOverhaul and adds even more quests and dialogue options. Note: I linked
specifically to page 15, post #366 for the latest version. While the author the download
from the main page for some bugs, I believe the bugs to be minor and inconsequential.
Just don’t take the new follower with you from Vault 101.
!!NOTE!! There are mod conflicts between the FalloutTTW QuestOverhaul(+Addon) and
Fertile Breeder TTW Addons, related to Supermutant behaviour. Until there is a way to fix
it, best solution is to run either of the 2 mods, or ignore the Supermutant content of Fertile
Breeders TTW Addons.

Special mention
There is one quest-mod that is really detailed and special. Unfortunately the mod (and
some of the dependencies) are old and very script heavy, meaning it will break if run with
too many other (newer) Sexout mods. Also the actual sex-scenes might not work correctly,
but building up to that moment, is what you want from this mod anyway.
– Sexout FleshedOut (SOFO) Allows you to seduce Doc Mitchell in a very romantic
fashion, unlike many of the mods above. It isn’t like “You like nice. We bang, OK?”, but you
actually have to work to seduce him and it takes several in-game weeks before the love
sparks start to show. You actually are required to play the base game and visit him from
time to time. It even takes into account the type of outfit you are wearing and the type of
music that Doc Mitchell is broadcasting. (Requirements SexoutSpunk, a ton of music in
MP3 format (That you’ll need to convert with the The New Vegas Radio Extender),
SexoutClothingEval and Sexout CheckMeOut )
It’s really a chore to set up, but trust me on this, that it’s really a romantic love story. Also
requires a new game, as the first steps in the romance start with Doc Mitchell waking you
up.

Some more advice:
New Vegas has a plugin limit that for decent computers is at 135. Going over it causes
mod malfunctions. Also before you head into the Mojave, or DC, make sure to run LOOT.
This will make the game load the plugins in the right order.

Once you start a new game, or load a save game, wait for all plugins to load (can take a
minute) and dive into the MCM. About 50% of these mods come with their own MCM menu
and you want to check if all options are set to your liking.
