cash management system and Anti Money Laundering (AML) solutions. GFT software provides

Indus towers Ltd. is an independently managed company offering passive infrastructure
services to all telecom operators and other wireless service providers.

Self-Care Portal is an in-house facility provided by Indus Towers to all the telecom operators
as well as Indus Clients across 16 Circles across India and comprises of the following two
applications ::

1. Hygiene: All passive equipment utilized at Indus sites is adequately maintained to


improve the uptime and maximization of the equipment’s life. OpCos monitors the site
at their end and in some cases, there may be issues related to hygiene in specific items
viz shelter leakage or poor civil work. To resolve these hygiene issues, the OpCo raises a
ticket with Indus and provides the necessary details. The ticket resolution process
Description follows a set of rules and a predefined approval hierarchy. Once the ticket has been
approved in the approval matrix, a solution is provided to the operator. Operator
validates the solution and then closes the ticket. On the same lines Indus can also raise
concerns with OPCO regarding various issues which are to be resolved by OPCO.

2. Self-care: At the end of each billing cycle, Indus sends the invoice and a consolidated
dump containing the bill details to its customers. Customers validate the bill at their
end and in some cases, there would be a disagreement between the customer and
Indus regarding specific item in the bill. To resolve these disagreements, the customer
raises a query with Indus giving the necessary details. The query resolution process
follows a set of rules and predefined approval hierarchy. Once the query has been
approved by all people in the approval matrix, a Credit Note/Debit Note of the
appropriate amount is generated and shared with the customers.
