INTRODUCTION

R: Good afternoon everyone! This is Rosevie Sabillano, and with me:

G: Genesis Laluna and we are your official host for tonight’s event.

R: Thank you, Sir Gen.


As we all believe that high school life is full of excitement and thrill. It is the period of exploring the
unknown, a time of shaping one’s true identity and the stage of building bonds and friendships. This
afternoon another milestone is about to unfold in your lives as you take part in one of the most
memorable moment in your high school life, the Junior High Rendezvous 2017;. With its theme,
“Crystalizing Memories of Friendship that Last.”

G: Yes, it’s true Ma’am. And I believe that you and I, has a wonderful memories during our high school
Life.
As we go on with our everyday life, “There are some affairs THAT are to be done; some are to be
remembered. But there are those that are to be cherished – as they are engraved in our hearts forever.”
To our dear juniors, this event is very memorable to you, because this is your time to unwind
with friends and meet people whom you haven’t got a chance to know in the earlier months of the year.
And better to that, it is a chance for you to undergo transition and conduct ourselves not as kids, but as
ladies and gentlemen. This brings us immeasurable joy; an experience worth sharing in the years to
come.

R: WOW! You’ve said a very meaningful statement, Sir.


Let us not let them wait for too long Sir Gen;
Ladies and gentlemen let us witness the Processional of the juniors to be led by the officers.

G: Now, we will have too, the entrance of the Muses and their Escorts:

G: Let us welcome Ladies and Gentlemen the Entrance of our Cotillon de Honor Dancers, faculty, and
Guests.

R: Please remain standing to show our virtue of being nationalism and patriotism by singing of the
national anthem to be conducted by Ms. Philippines – Jean Mae Francisco

G: and feel a few moments of solemnity for the doxology.


R: To officially open this event, may I call in our Mr. Education – Leonel V. Biantingo, to give us the
welcome remarks.

TURN OVER OF THE KEY OF RESPONSIBILTY

G: Furthermore, JS signifies the celebration of awards and achievements of our senior students and
these legacies should be handed over to the deserving and trustworthy inheritors- the Junior
students.

R: aside from that, all the scholastic emblems held by the juniors for one school year should be
bequeathed to their honourable recipients. These symbols of academic victories, co-curricular
triumphs, and team-building upheavals.
May I call in Ms. Jean May Francisco – to bequeath of the key of responsibility.

G: and such odyssey of service and leadership is about to end… to turn the hourglass upside down for
the new breed of the student leaders in the service of a true BUENAVISTS, And to make it happen,
may I call in Mr. Assiddik Yahsin of G9 – the representative of the successors.

LIGHTNING OF CANDLES

R: No JS Prom is considered memorable in the absence of candle- lighting ceremony. Such ceremony
symbolizes the hand-over of the candles to the next bearers so as to lead and guide the school and its
stakeholders in reaching their dreams and aspirations.

G: the flame atop of every paraffin elucidates the road to success of the outgoing seniors in the next
chapter of their academic career. At this point let us move forward and go onward to the candle lighting
ceremony, to be led by Dr. Ma. Arlindela E. Ramirez; our secondary school Principal II, and to be assisted
__________ (GUEST) and followed by the faculty, officers, muses, and the juniors.

R: Thank you promenades. We are keeping our fingers crossed that you will be successful in whatever
Chosen field you will be undertaking in your near future.

READING OF CLASS PROPHECY

G: predicting outcomes of our future success is a joy to do but there is one effective way to find out.
Let our class prophet take her course in giving her fearless predictions and formidable forecasts not
based on Chinese astrology or Tarot Cards but merely on the ambition and career paths of hear dear
classmates.

R: And to interpret the vibrations not from magic crystal but from the sheer guts and will power of the
seniors may we request the presence of LOIS O. QUINTOS – our Ms. Alma Mater for the reading of the
class prophesy.

G: Thank you very much Ms LOIS. Your road to success will always be under construction. But, with your
innate aptitude coupled with great attitude you can shape your altitude with accuracy and fondness.

R: at this point we will be listening to the Lower Grades serenating to the Grade 10.

G: and will be response too, by the Grade 10 with their chosen song for the juniors.

GUEST SPEAKER

R: Attendees, and to all those who are gathered here – it is my pleasure to call in our very own OIC- Ms.
Nerissa Jane A. Magsucang – to introduce our dear, and chosen guest speaker.

MESSAGE OF THE GUEST…………

G: Thank you Ma’am _______________________, for your very inspiring message, and for your
generous time to be with us here tonight.

R: At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, the most awaited part of tonight’s event that we are about to
witness, are now ready to showcase their fabulous presentation – may I call in the Cotillon de Honor
dancers!!!!

G: Thank you dancers for that wonderful presentation!!!!

GOODWILL SINGING

R: A prom theme song sets the mood for this special night. This will reflect the high school experiences
and the excitement that the future is about to bring. Many songs and stories have been written on the
importance of friendship. It breaks the ice between two unknown people. At this point, Damas y
Caballeros we will be listening TO THE JUNIORS for their rendition.

G: Thank you very much juniors. At this point in time, I am quite sure that everyone is excited to get the
taste of luscious and sumptuous food to be served for dinner by the accommodating crew members of
Chinitos.

R: so before we prolong such “digestive revolution” inside us, may I call on Ms. Lanie Liban for the
blessing of the foods.

G: we are declaring with full force that it’s eating time. Let us enjoy the food in observance of the table
etiquette as usual. Happy eating everyone!
