Orthopaedic Surgery, like other medical specialities is a rapidly evolving
subject, with unusual and wonderful strides and progress over the decades.
Before new ideas are published, they undergo a thorough test to ensure that
the new method described, stands to scrutiny, really works, and the results are
reproducible in all hands among a wide spectrum of patients the world over.

In the past this was a long drawn process, with ideas taking years or decades to
make it to text books and then become accepted. Social media has however
changed tings dramatically, and these days new ideas are discussed over these
platforms where they disseminate rapidly. Soon feedback and experiences of
other surgeons gathers, and it does not take too long for the snowball to
become substantial and assume the form of weighty evidence.

This is a one of its kind book in orthopaedics, which teaches you over a dozen
unique and unusual secrets and methods, and rekindles some forgotten arts
and neglected methods. Focussing more towards biology and nature, these
methods will form an invaluable arsenal in the armamentarium of a practicing
orthopaedic surgeon.

Amongst other things this book will teach you methods of non surgical reversal
of Avascular Necrosis of Hip Joint, tricks of hip preservation, a special method
for reducing supracondylar fracture, a new method for reduction of a
dislocated shoulder, secrets of Proximal Fibular Osteotomy for medial OA of
the knee, distal blocks for sciatica, secrets of terminal regional anaesthesia, and
the revolutionary Kir Pat STAC frame for fracture calcaneum. You can start
using these secrets the instant you read and understand the methods, and your
patients will begin to be benefited from the next day.
