DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED is made and executed at Daet, Camarines Norte by and between the
following parties, to wit:

ANGELICA P. MIRANDA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Phase III,
Happy Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Magang, Daet, Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as
the DONOR; and

LIWAYWAY P. MIRANDA, of legal age, married to ZALDY A. MIRANDA, Filipino citizen,

and a resident of Phase III, Happy Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Magang, Daet, Camarines Norte,
hereinafter called the DONEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the lawful and registered owner of two (2) motor vehicles with the
corresponding LTFRB franchise to operate as public utility vehicle, particularly described as
follows:

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the love, trust, and affection shown upon the
DONOR by the DONEE who is her mother, and as an act of generosity and liberality on her
part, the DONOR, by these presents, does hereby freely and voluntarily CEDE, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY by way of DONATION, unto the DONEE, her heirs, successors, and assigns, the above-
described motor vehicle including the rights over their corresponding LTFRB franchise to
operate as utility vehicles;

That the DONOR warrants that the above-described motor vehicles herein
donated are free and clear from all liens, charges, and/or encumbrances except the mortgage
as may be subsisting in favor of ___________________; and,
the DONEE binds himself/ herself to assume as he/ she assumes the payment of the unpaid
balance of the mortgage indebtness of the DONOR amounting to PESOS;

19_________, and does hereby further agree to be bound by the precise terms and conditions
therein contained.
That henceforth, full right of ownership and possession of the said motor vehicles shall
now belong to the DONEE;

That the DONOR hereby affirms that this donation is not made with intent to defraud
creditors and/or third persons, and she certifies that she has sufficient funds and property
reserved for her and/or for her obligations, if any;

That the DONEE hereby formally accepts and receives this donation made in her favor
by the DONOR, and hereby manifest her gratitude and gratefulness to the latter’s generosity
and liberality;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 11th day of July,
2017, in Daet, Camarines Norte.
