in your BU (For example, your BU may not use certain media recommended here. Remember, this is
a guideline only).
2. Update these recommendations to suit the needs of your BU for the successful implementation of
your process.
3. It may be helpful to meet with communications specialists, to obtain greater insight into
communications alternatives.
4. Once this tool is customized to meet the needs of your BU, this information should be used to
populate the Process Implementation Plan which will be completed during the Advisor Planning
Workshop.
5. Create a project task for each communications message and media you have identified.
