Kindly note that our students are particularly instructed to conform to the discipline of your organization and work according to
the instructions of the supervising authority of your organization, during the period of training. A copy of this letter will be
carried by the student as an introduction from the Institute at the time of reporting for training. Institute has no objection on
his/her taking up the internship at your organisation during 1st May 2020 to 12th July 2020.

Practical training for 3rd yr. B.Tech/4th year Dual degree and 4th Yr. Int. M.Sc. students is a compulsory part of their course
curriculum and carries 2 credits towards their degree. The grade for practical training would be awarded to a student on the basis
of (a) the certificate provided by you, (b) the day to day training diary which the student is required to maintain while on training
(c) a comprehensive report on training undergone to be submitted by the student and (d) a seminar delivered on the summer
training in the department. In this context it is extremely important for us to get the certificate from you in the prescribed
proforma (copy enclosed), showing details of (a) Dates of commencement and completion of training (b) Number of
working days the student attended the training (c) Nature of training etc.

Kindly note that we will be happy to receive your decision on PPO communicated to the undersigned by 30th September, 2020.
