AJA LECHE FLAN

I. Marketing and Food Preparation


Being known through out the world, cream coconut
or simply “flan”. But in the Philippines, the delicious and
creamy dessert is nationally called as “Leche flan” this
personalize Leche flan is much heavier version than that
of original recipe made from egg yolk and condensed
milk.
This is one of the most requested desserts especially
during celebrations such as town fiestas, parties,
Christmas and New Year or even just serve on the table
on regular days. I bet, among the desserts serve among
the table this one came to be the quickest to vanish
before your eyes. Thus, it is easier to sell in the market by
your own through the use of social media and blog spots.
The nature of business is retail where it will display to
tarpaulin advertisement.
This is delicately done following a unique procedure
of food preparation.
II. Services
Marketing strategy is a primary tool to attract
customers in patronizing the products offered. Since the
product is dessert served for all occasions. There is no
chance that the product offered will not be popular in
the Philippines setting. Hence, we assure customers or
clienteles extra give away for bulk orders, since
occupational safety and health is applied. We also
assured that the egg/ingredients used are new and fresh.

III. Product Shelf Life


Desserts holding temperature will be maintained to
assure its freshness and food safety. The maintained
shelf life is 1 to 15 days, disposal is necessary beyond the
maximum time frame. Food handling is also the primary
concern. All containers must be properly sanitized.
Refrigerator is well cleaned to prolong shelf life of the
products because it is better to be safe all the time.
