how to make chicken noodles


A. Ingredients that need to be prepared :
1. 300 gr chicken cooked
2. Wet noodles or egg noodles 500 gr
3. Mustard greens 3 bunch
4. 500 ml vegetable oil
5. 4 cloves garlic
6. 4 shallots
7. Turmeric as broad as a finger
8. 2 liters of boiled chicken meat
9. 1 tsp flavoring

B. Tools needed :
1. Stove
2. Boilers of water
3. Pan
4. Knife
5. Strike out
6. Bowl
7. Fork
8. Spoon

C. How to make or cook chicken noodles :


1. First, make chicken noodle broth first, namely by boiling the boiled water again
chicken meat added with pepper powder, salt, and chicken bones to taste.
2. Second, make chicken topping.
3. Chicken that has been boiled and then cut into small pieces or finely chopped.
4. Blend the seasoning consisting of garlic, onion, coriander, turmeric, candlenut,
and ginger.
5. Saute the chicken with mashed spices.
6. Add salt and flavoring to taste.
7. After the chicken noodle soup and chicken topping are ready, boil the prepared
noodles.
8. When boiling the noodles, prepare a bowl.
9. Then add 1 tablespoon of chicken oil and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
10. Put the cooked noodles into the bowl.
11. Then stir the noodles until they are completely mixed with chicken oil.
12. Add chicken topping and chicken soup.
13. Chicken noodles are ready to be served
