28TH JUNIOR AND SENIOR PROVINCIAL CAMP
To: Public Schools District Supervisors

All Others Concerned
1. This Office informs all concerned that the 28th Junior and Senior Provincial
Camp will be held on November 21-24, 2019 at Barangay Peas, Limay, Bataan
with the theme: “Girl Scouts: Resilient, Accountable and Productive.”
2. The activity aims to:

a. provide different activities that will teach young girls in green to be adoptive
in the condition and situation;
b. showcase hidden talents of the participants in the activity dubbed as “ Gabi
ng Kulturang Pilipino”; and
c. unfold skills through varied assigned tasks.
3. Participants in this activity are junior and senior girl scouts and their respective
adult leaders who are duly registered with the following breakdown:
6 patrols per district + 2 adult leaders per patrol
5 patrols per secondary schools + 2 adult leaders per patrol
1 patrol per private school, elementary/secondary + 1 adult leader per patrol
1 patrol per district + adult leaders per patrol (SPED)
1 patrol per secondary schools + 2 adult leaders per patrol (SPED)
4. A registration fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00) will be charged each

girl and adult participant to cover camp expenditures, chargeable against
MOOE, local and scouting funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations

5. Participants are requested to bring their own food provisions and the materials
which are listed in the enclosures. Arrival of participants is on November 21, 2019 at
9:00 in the morning.
6. Attached are List of Things to bring, List of Central Camp Staff, Sub-Camp Staff,
Day to Day activities , parents consent and Resource Speakers.
7. Your usual support and cooperation is earnestly desired to ensure a successful and
memorable encampment for young girls. The number of participants should be
submitted to the Girl Scout Council (Attention: Divina V. Agustin, GS Council Executive)
on or before October 21, 2019 for the sizes of t-shirt and payment.
8. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
