TYPE OF ORGANIZATION
The SOLVD ALL SEASONS CLEANING SERVICES, INC. is registered as a Corporation. The
company will start up with a limited residential market and will offer a limited selection of professional
cleaning services like one time or regular standard cleaning and deep cleaning (includes vacuuming
and shampooing of rugs, carpets, fabric upholstered furniture and pest control) tailored to
diversify when ready. No hiring of staff within six (6) months’ time to avoid significant expenses and
the five (5) Officers will temporarily serve the market’s demand. The initial target market will be
condominiums (preferably high end) in BGC (East Gallery) condos, the place where the business office
is located, more likely, to find some early work through word-of-mouth for neighbours and friends.
After six (6) months of operation, the company will consider part time works in other type of residential
cleaning such as studios and houses and even in small commercial cleaning like independent
convenient stores to check out the company’s viability and improve profitability. The company will
entertain clients in an “on call basis” and will hire six (3) cleaning staff after a year of operation and
another six (3) cleaning staff more on a year and a half with a total of seventeen (17) employees on
board including the five (5) Officers. On the second year of operation, when viability has been proven,
the company will expand its market by permanently offering residential cleaning of all type and small
type of commercial cleaning, same with the manpower requirement, the company will hire twelve (6)
more additional staff (total of 17) employees). The five (5) Officers will no longer be involved in the
target market responsibility and will focus on strategically/managerial level of responsibility, therefore,
there are 12 official cleaners on board left. On the third year of operation, the company will offer all
type of residential and commercial cleaning services with the same scope of services. Hopefully on
the fourth year of operation, the company can generate more profit by offering additional scope of
services like one time home and office general cleaning, post-construction cleaning & wall to wall
carpet installation. In terms of attracting target market, the company will start out by creating a good
quality services for client satisfaction and maintain good business relationship. Marketing strategies
won’t need a lot of money to start out with, the company will advertise within the budget by mixing
and matching old and new media. Aside from word-of-mouth method, the company will create website
and will take advantage of social media. Flyers, leaflets, brochures and newspaper ads can point to the
company’s online presence wherein the complete bargaining is available. The company is keeping in
mind to stay on budget by finding balance between money spent on advertising and income, another
way to market the company is to brand the vehicle, create simple business card and pass out to friends
and acquaintances. The more scope of services the more market and profit the company will generate.
Attracting target market without much of advertising money spend will contribute to profitability and
terms of supplies, the company will proposed partnering agreement between suppliers to avail
discounts on bulk purchases using credit cards.

5. QUALIFICATIONS OF BUSINESS OFFICERS
The CEO (MBA Entrepreneurship) will handle major decision making of the company, will manage
the overall resources and operations of the company, in short, the main point of communication
between the Board and the Corporate. The COO (MBA Business Administration) will oversee the
company’s ongoing business operations, while the CFO (CPA) is primarily responsible for managing
the company’s finances, including financial planning and risks, record keeping and reporting. The VP
for Marketing (BS Degree in Marketing) in as is responsible for overall marketing results of the
company, he will create marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen the company’s market position
to achieve the company’s goals. The VP for Administration (MBA Business Administration) is
responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the company. All staff including the five
(5) Officers temporarily delineated as supports in the departments like HR, Accounting, Admin, Legal,
BizDev and Marketing shall report to the office premises from Mondays (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) to
Sundays (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM). All employees with no active workloads are obliged to stay in the
office premises for availability purposes while waiting for another client calls, except when instructed
by Officers to run some errands. For now, there is no reward system for employees.

DSOLVD All Seasons Cleaning Services, Inc. will be having 29 employees including the Officers.
The company will allocate 2% of sales per client for payment of taxes
