Purpose of the Position

To develop and maintain practices of HR department as strategic business partner and


accordingly plan, execute and evaluate HR policies/procedures related to; talent acquisition,
employee relations, compensation, employee and organization performance, training,
organization development, information system and employer branding.

Responsibilities

 Leading the HR operations / practices at all branches and offices.


 Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to
the business.
 Meeting the staffing needs by managing talent and succession planning; taking overall
responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
 Acquisition and retention of human resources.
 Leading employee relations management practices.
 Supervising payroll and time & attendance activities.
 Planning compensation and benefits for employees.
 Planning and executing Performance management activities.
 Planning employee’s development programs / sessions. Implementing the training and
development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
 Proposing salary revision and designation revision to BoD for approval.
 Proposing new / revision of HR policy to Management / BoD.
 Evaluating HR practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
 Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting
and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Job Specification

Education:

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management

Experience:

10 years hands on experience in all functions of HR

Skills/Attributes:

 Ability to architect strategies along with strong leadership skills.


 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

 Competence to build and effectively manage strong interpersonal relationships at all level
of company and demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal
interaction.

 Ability to represent the Human Resource functions as part of the bigger business picture.
 Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including
HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products especially Ms excel, file management, and
benefits administration.
 Ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the
company and on the senior executive meetings.

 HR management professional should also demonstrate good judgment, creativity and a


positive attitude.

Work conditions

Travel: not a normal part of the working day but attendance at off-site meetings and trainings
can be possible.

Working hours: mainly office hours, with occasional extra hours.

Degree of Autonomy

Work under direct supervision of Head office.
