Competence to build and effectively manage strong interpersonal relationships at all level
of company and demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal
interaction.
Ability to represent the Human Resource functions as part of the bigger business picture.
Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including
HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products especially Ms excel, file management, and
benefits administration.
Ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the
company and on the senior executive meetings.
Work conditions
Travel: not a normal part of the working day but attendance at off-site meetings and trainings
can be possible.
