1. Attend to the customer complaints on phone/ email
2. Raise tickets acknowledging the customer complaint
3. Should identify it as level-0, 1 or 2 issue
4. Send the customer the ticket number and communicate the approximate duration within which
the problem will be resolved(According to the level)
5. Respond to the 0-level issues within 2 hours
6. In case of level-1 and above problems, transfer it to the support team
