RE: Letter of Recommendation for Asvene Sekar

I am writing this to recommend Asvene Sekar, for admission into your University's MS Supply
Chain Program. I know Asvene personally and professionally for more than 3 years.

During 2017, we were looking for a hand wash supplier in order to supply free hand washes for
our employees under our "Clean Hands" program. We received responses from around 20
suppliers. Out of those, we selected 'The Earth Lovers' finally, as we liked their company profile
and their price. So the following week, we scheduled a meeting with her in order to discuss the
project further. It was the first time I met her and found her very approachable, energetic, and
efficient. I liked her way of negotiation and approach. She has remarkable communicating skills
and cogency.
To date, we are buying products from her for both official and personal use. Even our family
members are regular customers of her products. Her organic products and her environment-
friendly approach is the need of the hour. She is a born leader who is excellent in dealing with
customers. Her marketing and managerial approach is incomparable, which I feel is the reason
for her on-time delivery. Her presentation skills are incomparable. She has excellent leadership
skills and can build everything from scratch. As a supplier, she always delivers her products on
time.
Recently, when we came to know about her NGO, we felt happy buying from a product line that
is more socially responsible and operating with a cause. We have also donated a few goodies and
money to her VOSCH Foundation, which is helping children and women in rural areas. We are
also proud to state that we have allowed our employees to volunteer for her NGO.
She has always proved to be a valuable resource and an outstanding ambassador for her brand
and her NGO. We also have frequent communications on business strategies and execution of
the different programs at the store level. As a fellow business owner, I am always happy to give
her some guidance in some pressing issues. She is fantastic at building business relationships and
managing teams.
Her NGO VOSCH ( http://vosch.org/) is also a great initiative, for which we offer all sorts of
possible supports from our company to date.

Success in a Master's program, especially one as rigorous as MS Supply chain management,

requires excellent academic skills, a thirst for knowledge, and a sound understating of business
principles. Having done business with her for a few years, I can say, with firm conviction, that
she possesses all of these qualities- in abundance. She is highly motivated when it comes to her
work and business. She is unquestionably a talented person with an extraordinary work ethic.

I have been consistently impressed by both her attitude and her focus on business.
On the whole, she is a multi-faceted persona with experience in diverse fields. Manufacturing
and business being her area of expertise, I think she will be a good pick for the Supply Chain
program. I would strongly recommend Asvene Sekar for the degree program at your Prestigious
University.
