SINGLE ATTACHED.

This housing type is defined to be a structure with two properties having to share one common wall. It's
at one piece but gives two dwellings. The dwellings may come side by side leaving spaces up front and at
the back. With such form space is being maximized and can lead to less expense due to the two dwelling
having to share one firewall. A duplex can be considered one under this housing types due to it's nature
of having dwelling side by side.

SINGLE DETACHED

This housing type is the opposite of the single attached houses as all four sides of the building does not
share walls with another, leaving spaces to such sides having the building located at the middle of the
lot. With spaces left, yard areas typically are large and with tis there will be room for stuffs. Expansion of
the house can also be a possibility as spaces can still be filled in. And lastly having one dwelling privacy is
much likely given to the owners. Althought is a perfect match for large and growing families due to its
benefits such house also provide more expence and high maintenance cost.

ROW HOUSES

The main point of this housing type is wall sharing having a similarity with a town house only this type is
a one-storey structure while the other is a two-storey structure. Offers are given such way and
modifications are passed on to the owners to decide to have a new floor for their house. When given
the structure the front and back yards also come with it. These are clustered houses having units
ranging from 4 to 10 place in a row. With an offer for low prices this is good for starter families or
retirees. With such reasonably low expense on can live in such house but must bear with less given

less interior and expterior spaces.
