FEMI ADELEKE

1
It Is Written: “Take heed, watch and pray; for
you do not know when the time is.
It is like a man going to a far country, who left
his house and gave authority to his servants, and
to each his work, and commanded the
doorkeeper to watch.
Watch therefore, for you do not know when the
master of the house is coming—in the evening,
at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in
the morning— lest, coming suddenly, he find you
sleeping.
And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”
Mat.13:33-37
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication
in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all
perseverance and supplication for all the saints'
Ephess.6:18
"Behold, I am coming as a thief.
Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his
garments, lest he walk naked and they see his
shame." Rev.15:16

eventually fall a victim of sudden attack of the
devil.

Holy Spirit you must crave for.

the people. Be a solver, and not a burden.
Servant of God, when care for the people, God

and efficient way to the heart of the people.
Any pastor that does not care for the people or

surely be blessed at a due time.
Love of money blinds a servant of God.
1stTimothy6:6-10, Matthew9:37.
(for more on this, check on Chapter 6 of our
book, “Parables of Humility” by Femi and
Folashade)

9
(8) Give every area of the ministry needed
attentions and closeness.
But delegate duties accordingly to brethren that
are full of wisdm and the Holy Spirit.
Delegate duties as led by God.
Delegate duties to men that has the fear of God.

God.
Act.1:22-26, Exodus18:15-27.

10
(9) Don’t keep your family off in the work of your
ministry.
Your ministry starts from home: your wife and
children.
Ensure your ministry has impact firstly on your
family.
Success at home is success in ministry.
Failure at home is failure in ministry.
1stTimothy3:4-5.

11
(10) Lead and rest!
The seventh day universal law of nature is
essential for every man.
Be deligent, but make sure you rest.
Be deligent, but manage vigorous, tedious and
tight schedule and rest.
A breakdown in health does results to spiritual
breakdown.
God ordained rest after labour.
Unrest is a trap, it breaks down health, and could
damage vision and it might be costly.
It may be costly to pay for the result of
ignorance.
Rest is the cheapest way to manage your health
and mental stability.
Take care of your health.
Serve God in truth and rest when due!
Genesis2:2-3, Mark6:31-32, Exodus23:12, 31:17.

12
(11) Man of God never should you be counted or
met in the congregation of persecutors,

13
(12) A listening minister is a wise minister.
Proper listening habit and understanding is a
great virtue in ministry.
A called man of God must be patience and be
very attentive as a spiritual leader.
Truth and lies are revealed in proper listening,
sensitivity and close examination on issues.
Proper listening habit helps in proper analysis on
issues and discernment between truth and foul
spirit.
A listening minister is a wise minister.
Proper listening habit is one of the secret of
every healthy and growing ministry.
Proper listening habit produces proper spiritual
boosts revelation.
A listening minister must have a virtue called:
patience and discerning spirit.
These combinations produces marvelous results.
Ephessians5:15.

14
(13) God speaks to minister who take time to
listen to Him, and God listen to whosoever takes
time to pray aright.
When you listen to God, the congregation will
surely listen to you.
When you adhere to God’s instructions and go as
you are led, you will attracts divine attention.
When a man of God genuinely obey God; even in
the secret, everything God has created shall obey
him in the open.
Hosea6:3, 10:12, Isaiah30:21, 48:21.

15
(14) The people around you matters.
Surround yourself with people of like minds.
Keep around you people that believe in you and
in your ministry.
Amos3:3, 2ndChronicles20:20.

16
(15) One of the core platforms of greatness in life
and in ministry is to live for others.
Moses says: “blot me, I pray thee out of thy book
which thou hast written,”
This is the highest form of Christian service and
sacrifice.
Don’t live for yourself and your family only; if
you do, you won’t go far.
Those who live for others don’t die.
Selfless service is the key to dignity and
greatness in life, ministry and eternity.
Romans1:9, 8:34, Exodus32:9-14, 30:33.

17
(16) If you must preach effectively, you must
pray powerfully and be word addicted.
If you travail in prayer and in the word study in
your closet, you will surely prevail on the pulpit.
Luke4:14-15, 31-36.

18
(17) Minister who preach for a living will fall by
the way side and gradually loose dignity.
Preach to save souls.
Preach to impact for positive change.
Preach to add value to the people, and you will
be highly valued.

19
(18) What you are is what your members will be.
Show me a canal minister and I will show you a
canal congregation.
It is written: “And there shall be, like people,
like priest: and I will punish them for their ways,
and reward them their doings”.
Read: Hosea4:9-11.
Show me a Spirit filled minister and I will show
you a Spirit filled congregation.
Like priest, like congregation.
Bible says: “That which is born of the flesh is
flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is
Spirit”. John3:6.
Bird begets bird, cat begets cat, goat begets goat,
sheep begets sheep, and man begets man.
You will always be whom you follow.
Man of God, your follower(s) will be whom you
are.
We should know that good percentage of
followers takes after the life pattern and
character pattern of their leaders/pastors.
Act4:13.

20
(19) A transforming preaching is not the hours
you spent on the pulpit, but the outpouring of
the Spirit and life from the word of God.
John6:63, Mark1:22-23.

21
(20) Never preach with human efforts and
calculations.
Don’t mount the pulpit with self prepared
sermon.
It kills, it erupts doubt, and it blinds a man of
God and his congregation.
Any message from human being is vulnerable to
defeat, while God inspired message is full of life
and power.
You need to develop a relationship with the Holy
Spirit, with daily and due consultation for divine
message; to feed the congregation nutritiously as
God intends.
Whenever a Bible message or preaching is not
followed with signs and wonders, check inward.
John14:15-26, John21:15-17, Isaiah30:21,
Act.2:14-47.

22
(21) There are agents of destiny God will send to
you when you are called into the ministry, don’t
miss them.
They will come in phases, and they mostly come
in disguise.
Therefore, be wise and be sensitive!
Many ministers have missed their God sent
agent(s) for lack of spiritual receptivity, pride of
the heart, love of money and flaws in character.
---Pls note: Moses speaks and Aaron interprets =
liberation of the Israelites from slavery.
Ex.4:14 to Ex.40.
---Paul (plant) and Appolo(waters) = God increases
their corporate efforts. 1st Cor.3:4-10
---John the forerunner of Jesus and Jesus
contact with the disciples = fulfilment of the
ministry of salvation, even after Christ has left.
Please note this, we have many casual
relationships, but divine relationship is few.
No one can do it alone.
Cherish those God has brought in contact with
you; everyone of them carries value and purpose,
but you must be aware that; they may also have
flaws in character.
Maintain and manage their attitude, correct
them as led by God.

23
(22) When a minister become uncomfortable
when God is raising another God’s general, such
minister has to deal with envy, lack of
confidence and pride.
Please note: every ministers and ministries has
their uniqueness, divine timing, with different
operations, and mandates. Num.11:27-29.
We need to know that God has a divine platform
from which every aspects of ministries, and lives
operates, therefore envy nobody.
Read: Num.11:25-29, Eccl.9:11, Gal.5:21, Ist
samuel chapters16,17,18, Gen.47:27, Ex.4:27,
Rom.12:1-11,

24
(23)When a minister, or a ministry emphatically
threatens the members not to attend another
church that is the signal that the
minister/ministry is under the torment of envy.
When a minister, or a ministry emphatically
threatens the members not to attend another
church that is the signal that the
minister/ministry is not doing what God
commanded him/her/them to do, or in a wrong
place.
God cannot be mocked!
If God really send you and you listen to Him, He
will surely give you ‘the word’ per time to feed
the people He has drawn to your ministry.
God is liberal.
Don’t enslave anyone with doctrine.Gal.5:1,13-
14.
The word of God is written to set free.
Feed the flocks according to divine specification
and they shall eat, and drink, and flourish like a
tree planted by the rivers of water and be
established.
John21:15-17, Act.20:28.

25
(24) Many ministers of the gospel prepare sunday
service sermon hurriedly on sunday morning.
Dear minister, such preparation may not yield
maximum result.
Stop claiming to be too busy to prepare sermons
with without appropriate preparations.
Message/sermon are spiritual food, it requires
time, concentration, and adequate preparation.
Sermon requires Biblical ingredients to ensure
the healthy growth and the wellbeing of the
congregation.
Please note, the quality of the word feeding
system plus prayers will determine the wellbeing
of your members.
Please Servant of God, feed the sheep well!
Mat. 24:42, 44-51, Rom.12:6-11, John21:15-17.

26
(25) Don’t misread your divine timing.
God has divine time and plans for individuals.
There is waiting season, there is a preparatory
season, and there is a going season.
Luke4:1-13, Act.1, 2, 3.
Be sensitive to divine timing and be spiritually
alert.
Be totally connected to God and please note:
murmuring and complain is a noise before God, it
slows down or crash a man of God.
Phillipians2:13-14, Psalm106:24-27.
Watch divine timing.
Follow God’s time for your ministry.
What time are you; in calling and in your
ministry?

27
(26) Do you know that, compromising preaching
produces weak, unstable, and wavering
congregation? Titus1:8-16.

28
(27) Verily I say unto you, the preaching of the
blood atonement of Jesus Christ has been
eliminated on many pulpits.
When the preaching of the blood atonement and
the Pentecost is eliminated from the pulpit, the
church become powerless, the people become
victim of spiritual blindness, despise and
tormented. Hebrew9, Act.2.
But when the preaching of the blood atonement
of Jesus and the encounter in the upper room is
rightly preached and practice, the people will be
free from sin and satan.
The people will be full of fire and the altar will be
burning with fire.

29
(28) The position you occupy in the church is not
what matters to God.
Rather what matters is how you position yourself
before God.
When you position yourself before God; you will
be well positioned by God.
Therefore, always make yourself available for God
in the service group, and God will always be
available for you.
Serve God faithfully and willingly.

30
(29) When a minister lost hunger and heart cry
for more of God, he become victim of more food,
pretence and lust of the flesh.
Every revivalist is a man of hunger and heart cry
for more and more of God.
Rededicate your yourself back to God and revival
shall be ignited in your heart, then in your
ministry.

31
(30) God speaks to minister who takes time to
listen, and He listens to who take time to pray.
When a man of God listens to God, He makes the
man His voice.
When you have prayed, learn to be calm.
Always stand at the platform to hear from God.
Habakkuk2:1-3.
Mysteries of the kingdom are delivered to a still,
quiet and stable heart, after they have contacted
God in prayers.
Jesus always depart to a solitary place to travail
in prayers and to listen to the caller, the sender.
That is why each time He comes down from the
mountain to the people; He prevails over all
situations. Luke9:10-11.
Please note, travailing in prayers is speaking to
God, while reading and meditating on the word
is one of the core way to listen to God.

32
(31) Maintain a consistence and faithful
relationship with God.
An athletes who run a half way and give up for
whatever reason, cannot obtain a prize no matter
how well he started. Philippians2:15-16.
The race to heaven is a daily, constistent
fellowship and cordial relationship with God.
Phillipians3:13-14.
Run well, be faithful to obtain a prize for your
labour!

33
(32) Expect rejection and opposition in the early
stages of your calling, especially when there is no
evidence on ground to validate your divine call.
Mark6:1-6.
Run with your vision, it shall surely speak.
Be highly focused, run with that mandate, it
shall surely manifest.
Habakkuk2:3, John6:42.

34
(33) In ministry absolutely neglect ethinical
differenciation, cultural differences and
educational segregation.
Please note, no ethnicity before God.
No ethnicity before God.
Do not underrate anyone.
Education is not a yardstick in the school of the
Spirit, neither ethnical differences.
God is the creator of all flesh, the Father of all
languages, colours, races and nations.
Welcome all! Receive all!
Matthew4:18-22, Luke5:1-11

35
(34) Beware of love of money!
Always checkmate yourself.
Always go back to the message you preach.
Don’t lay emphasis on money to buttress
messages.
Don’t crave after money.
1stTimothy6:10-11, Hebrew13:5.

36
(35) Man of God, when God increase your church
and enlarge your coast, don’t neglect or forget
the foundation members.
I mean, those whom God sent to you to build
together from the beginning; especially the
needy among them.
Value them, and appreciate them.

37
(36) Do proper visitation or follow up of the new
converts.
Don’t be too busy with church activities and
neglect souls.
God values new converts, angels rejoice over one
soul that repent.
Minister of the gospel of Christ who crave for lost
souls and follow up new converts, always have a
unquantifiable reward.
Mk.16:15-20, Lk.14:16-23, Lk.10:17-19, 22:35,
10:7, Mat.6:33, Prov.14:28, 1stCor.5:18-20,
1stSam2:30, Jh4:35.

38
(37) When you preach the word of God, and it mix
with the faith of the congregation; it delivers
light, life and rest to God’s people.
Hebrew4:2-3, 16, 11:33-35.
But when faith is absence, the result is pretence,
struggle and unrest.
So therefore, build the faith of your congregation
in the word; watch their countenance, feed them
with the word of faith, it enhances growth in the
Lord and stability in time of adversity.
Hebrew11.

39
(38) Be a good listener, value peoples’
contribution to the kingdom growth.
Welcome collective reasoning and contributions.
But, please note, pay total attention to divine
signal and be submissive to final approval from
God.
This is one of the foremost key in church
administration and divine leading.
Isaiah48:17, 30:21.

40
(39) When you dwell in love, you are in light, but
when you are full of offences and hatred, you are
in darkness.
Anyone that harbour hatred in his or her heart
shall stumble because hatred causes darkness in
the heart.
Love qualifies you as a candidate for heaven
while hatred qualifies as a candidate of hell fire.
Love is of God, hatred is of the devil.
1stJohn2:10-11.

41
(40) Do everything in orderliness in your
ministry. Place value on proper coordination per
time.
Be organised, be of good conduct.
Our God is highly organize in creation, and
peaceful.
1stCorinthian15:33, Genesis1:1-31.

42
(41) Change occurs under a particular necessity.
There are guidelines/principles that spark every
manifestation.
Therefore, bring yourself under these biblical
necessities and you will get good results.
For instance: Prayer of faith sparks miracle,
Prayer of faith and genuine fasting sparks special
miracles.
Matthew17:19-20.
Obedience of faith moves God. Hebrew11:4,7,11,
23-40.
The fear of God gives wisdom. Proverb9:10.
Power is obtainable by concentration.
Matthew4:1-11.
When you give, it shall be given to you.
Luke6:38, Proverb11:25.
Please note, all manifestations of God in the
midst of his people answers to divine
instructions and principles on a platform of
obedience and genuine desperation.
If you hunger for more of God, you will be filled.
Matthew5;6, Isaiah44:3-4, John7:37-39.
There are guidelines/principles that spark every
manifestation.
There is a prize attached to every move of God in
the kingdom.
Great revival occurs under a particular necessity!
43
(42) There is no anointing that exempts from
spiritual warfare.
Be armed with the power of the Holy Spirit, you
are a soldier of Christ. 2ndTimothy2:3-4.

44
(43) The prophet you don’t believe in his
ministry, you might not get what he has to
deliver to you.
Hosea12:13, 2ndChronicle20:20.

45
(44) The primary or main mission of all (apostles,
prophets, pastors, evangelists, teachers) man of
God is to do the business of salvation, Luke2:49.
Business of salvation is SOUL WINNING INTO
THE KINGDOM OF GOD. John6:28-30, 5:36-37.
Spiritual gifts and fruits is deposited into us
ultimately to evangelise Christ and be saved.
Business of salvation is to bring all mankinds to
the knowledge of God.

46
(45) The secrets of the minister of God that has
pass on to glory and still lives on and celebrated;
is the quality of the truth they knew, the truth
they have thought while on earth and have
walked in while they are still alive.
These set of generals obeyed God even in their
closet.
Obedience of faith speaks after a man of God has
pass on to glory.
Phillipians2:8-12. (note Bible generals)

47
(46) Never assume all church workers or
ministers are genuinely born again.
Not all ministers of the gospel has an encounter
with God.
Not all church workers in the vineyard has an
encounter with God
Ensure all church workers or ministers are
engaged in the daily fervent prayer, study of the
word of God and practice for genuine renewal of
mind.

48
(47) Don’t preach to entice the people, rather
preach to transform minds.
Enticing words produces spiritually impotence
and living dead congregation, who are vulnerable
to oppressions and satanic attacks.
Paul says: “But as we were allowed of God to be
put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak;
not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our
hearts.
For neither at any time used we flattering words,
as ye know, …………”1stThessalonians2:4-5.

49
(48) “For I will not dare speak of any of those
things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to
make the Gentiles obedient by word and deed.”
Romans15:18.
A man of God must not exaggerate a testimony
or a matter.
All words and actions are weighted and recorded
in heaven until the day of judgment.
Hebrew12:1.

50
(49) When the foundation of a building is
inadequate for the magnitude of a building, the
end result is collapse.
When a vision is greater than the carrier, such
vision is either unexecuted or results to a burden
or crush the carrier of the vision.
You need a large heart.
God doesn’t waste his resources.
To start a ministry; separate yourself for an
encounter with the caller and covet for the
fullness of the power of the Holy Spirit and the
fruit of the Spirit and renewal of mind.
Set a spiritual standard.
Maturity in ministry takes daily steps which
results to gradual growth.
The greater your vision, the greater your
opposition.
The greater your ministry, the greater your
preparation must be.

51
(50) Don’t preach Christ in envy and strife.
You can’t win soul by preaching in contention.
Every ministers that preach in contention
eventually loose focus and dignity.
Rather, preach the truth in love, reprove and
rebuke in love; and you will be dignified.
Phillipians1:15-17, 2:3-4, Ephessians4:11-15,
1stCorinthians16:13.

52
(51) Please don’t go where God did not send you
to.
Moses would not go where God did not send him
to go. Neither will David go to where divine
presence will not follow him to.
Moses seek for due consultation before going to
challenge every devils in Egypt.
David always seek for God approval before he
engage in any war. This is one of the core secret
of win, win, armies of David.
Wherever God leads, He provides and He defends.
Divine direction is the key to peace and rest
roundabout in life and in ministry.
Exodus33:14-15,1stking17:2-16, Isaiah63:9.

53
(52) “And the prophets shall become wind, and
the word is not in them: thus shall it be done
unto them.
Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of host,
Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make
my words in thy mouth fire, and this people
wood, and it shall devour them.” Jeremiah5:13-
14.
A man of God without the word of God in him
shall be blow about at different directions
aimlessly like a wind.
A word-Bible lazy minister is empty, cold and is
liken to a chicken feather.
The word of God in the mouth of His servant is
fire.
Daily and deligent consumption of the word of
God sparks a burning fire in the heart of a
believer.
It is liken to a burning fire shut up in the bones.
“Then I said, I will not make mention of Him, nor
speak any more in his name. But his word was in
my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones,
and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not
stay.” Jeremiah20:9.
Every word addicted minister or a believer are
heavy weight in the kingdom.

54
(53) A minister who is not excited and give
thanks over members in his church may not see
them again. Joy is the fuel of the spirit.
The fullness of joy draws divine presence – God’s
presence.
God’s presence draws the crowd and establish
them. Luke5:15-19.
Depression scares away people from a man of
God.
Be excited with one, and God will bring two, and
more.
Be joyful always.
Your countenance speaks.
Please note, John6:44a: “No man can come to
me, except the Father draws him:………….”
Joyful praise, thanksgiving and a merry heart
attracts God.
When God is presence, the church will grow in
health.

55
(54) Every ministry has their peculiarity; don’t
compare your ministry or your calling with
another.
Those who does so are not wise.
Don’t measure yourself with another man,
John10:41-42.
Everyone servant of God has differs divine
measurement of grace and placement but the
same message of the cross.
2ndCorinthianns10:12-16.
Every ministry or minister has been given grace
according to measure of gift, and divine
proportions allorted to each and everyone, yet
the same Jesus message. Ephippians4:7-8.
Don’t run with another man’s purpose, vision
and timing.
Be wise!

56
(55) The love of money is the root of all evils.
1stTimothy6:10.
Please note: money gotten by greed and fraud is
characterise by unrest, pride, sorrows
(1Tim6:10b), insecurity, and is temporary.
Prov13:11.
Do not craze after money.
Those who do so are lured away from truth and
ended in sorrow.
But money by the specification of the book of
Proverb10:22 attracts: humility, merry heart,
increase, and it is durable Eccl.3:14, Rom11:29.
Hence, money is one of the tangible tool for the
propagation of the gospel.
A ministry without functional monetary imput
may crawl. Zech1:17.
Money is a defence, Eccl.7:12.
Money dignifies and makes the voice of a man of
God to be heard without struggle, Eccl.9:16.
Money answers all things.
Anointing plus wisdom plus adequate financial
blessings speeds up a calling and enhances ease
in a ministry.
Ecclesiastes9:17-18, Hagai 2:6-8.
Divine provision has arrived now in Jesus name.
57
(56) Don’t be wise in your own conceits, rob
minds with your close associate, be explanatory
enough for clearity. Romans12:16.
Don’t be bougous in your speech, make your
speech plain, be simple and be honest, because
simplicity and honesty strengthens divine
relationship. Habbakkuk2:2-3.

58
(57) A man of God must be blameless, not self-
willed, not soon angry, must not be a drunkard,
not a fighter, or coveoustious. Titus1:7.
Be a good example, worthy of emulation.
Romans12:17-18.

59
(58) The simple secret of the divine revelation
and the word of life beneficiaries is that: God
reveals Himself to the “babes” and hide Himself
from the “wise” and the “prudent”. Hosea10:12.

60
(59) The ministerial call is a journey.
In the journey, there are many ups and downs,
and different versions and faces of challenges.
Therefore, you need divine presence of God, to
always tackle every presence of the devil;
especially when prayers seems unanswered and
all efforts and human helps failed.
Joy is the fuel that keeps you going, in spite of
the tumults and challenges.
If you lack the joy of salvation, you will miss the
misery of divine presence.
The more joyful you are, the more spiritually,
physically, and healthier you are.
Joy is a spiritual health stimulant.
Joy is a spiritual force.
Joy is a poison to the devil.
Be Joy always.
Romans8:35-39, Habakkuk3:17-19, Psalm16:11, I
saiah12:3, Nehemiah8:10, Proverb17:22,
Hebrew12:2.

61
(60) Pride claims that: God does not speak
through the younger vessel or minister to the
elderly or old minister.
Please note, God do send the lower cadre
minister to the higher cadre.
No man has it all in ministry.
We all know, God sent the young Prophet Samuel
to the old Prophet Eli concerning the
waywardness of his children. 1stSamuel3:1-18.
There is no big man in ministry.
Let us be submissive to the voice of God and take
heed to His voice.

62
(61) Jesus define disciples as those:
(a) Who accept and does what the word of God
commands John8:3-2.
(b) Who commits his life and time to serve God in
love, in spirit and in truth.
(c) Who expresses and demonstrates the genuine
love of God to believers and unbelievers
John13:34-35.
(d) Not possessed by the possessions and things
of these earth, but heavenly minded. Luke14:33.
(e) Those who prays, abides and bears good fruit,
John15:7-8.

63
(62) “And so was astonished, and all that were
with him, at the draught of fishes which they had
taken:
And so was also James and John the sons of
Zebedee, which were partners with Simon, Fear
not: from henceforth then shall catch men.”
Luke5:10-11.
“So likewise, whomsoever be of you, that
forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my
disciple.” Luke14:33.
Man of God’s should know that: people want to
be committed to the responsibility that gives
meaning to a clear, focus and purposeful vision.
In contrast, people are unmoved by a weak,
baseless, unfocus and insignificant vision.
People are will not commit themselves to a weak,
baseless, unfocus and insignificant vision.
Jesus ask for a responsibility, a total and a
significant commitment from the disciples
towards a clear, focus, and purposeful vision: the
vision of Luke4:18-19.
Jesus requested for their time, and their entire
life to preach the gospel and they never resisted
Him.
64
Why?
The vision was clear and significant.
People respond to persionate vision, its values
and its benefits, not a baseless, aimless and a
blunt vision.
Provide a clear and purposeful mission
statements of your ministry.
Make your divine mandate known to your
followers.
Clearity of vision will provide the direction, the
vitality, the boundaries and the scope of
operations in your ministry.
People do not resent to a big commitment, if
they did see a genuine, passionate and clear
vision.
You clearly must include what you have for them
and where you are taking the people to.
I believe everyone that God calls, He sends with a
message and a purpose.
Make your vision readable, clear and states the
benefits.
Communicate it (the visions) to the people with
all simplicity and sincererity.
Run with it, though it tarries, but at the end it
shall speak.
Habakkuk2:2-3, Exodus chapters3 and 4, Act2:1-
47, Ephesians4:12b-13, 4:1-16.
65
(63) Follow peace with all men, forsake and resist
bitterness against any man or woman.
Bitterness, anger and malice is a sin.
Bitterness, anger and malice defiles a man of
God.
It makes a man of God unholy and a misfit,
physically and spiritually. Hebrew12:14-15.

66
(64) The book of 1stTimothy chapter three, verses
one to eleven (1stTimothy3:1-11) is a Bible
standard for any proper church leadership or
minister.

67
(65) It is written: “Not that I speak in respect of
want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I
am, therewith to be content.
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to
abound: everywhere and in all things I am
instructed both to be hungry, both to a bound
and to suffer need.” Philippians4:11-12.
“Let your conversation be without covetousness;
and be content with such things as ye have: for
he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor
forsake.” Hebrew13:5.
Self discipline is highly required in ministry.
Self control is a virtue to be valued and to be
possessed in ministry.
Exercise total control in time of hunger.
Don’t craze after another man’s possessions, and
money.
Live within the means you have at hand.
Self control gives credence and respect to a man
of God.
Please read:1stTimothy6:6-11.

68
(66) If you are opportune to attend Bible college,
please seek enrolment in the school of the Holy
Spirit.
The school of the Spirit is twenty four hours in
session.
The school are in classes, levels and it is a school
for the baking and the making of every God’s
generals in the kingdom.
The school of the Spirit is a mandatory for
spiritual preparations for the work of the
ministry.
It is a time for separation to hear and to receive
God’s road map and basic instructions for
yourself and the ministry.
It is a spiritual platform, to encounter spiritual
empowerment, renewal, the ways and the acts of
God.
Acts Chapters1 to 28.

69
(67) Many a time spiritual gifts answer to
genuine thirst and desperations. Isaiah44:3-4,
John7:37-39.
The gift you don’t covet for, you might not get it.
1stCorinthians12:31.

70
(68) The cure for deception of the devil in life
and in ministry is the quality intake of the word
of God and right prayers; which sparks into
revelation.
The revealed word of God gives light, the light
that shatters darkness.
Revelation6:10-12, John1:1-14, Psalm107:20,
Hebrew4:12, 1stCorinthians15:14-23.

71
(69) As capital is to a business man, so is prayer
to a Christian.
Prayer is one of the most crucial forces in
ministry.
It enhances spiritual growth and empowers a
man of God and it keeps fire burning on the altar
or in a ministry.
The strength of the ‘Power Bloc’ of a man of God
and his ministry is proportional to the sum total
of his or her:
*abstinence from sin,
*effectual prayers,
*the revelation of the word that he or she
accesses per time.
Lk.6:12, Jer.5:14, Rom.8:26, Jude20, Heb.4:9-12.

72
(70) “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good
soldier of Jesus Christ.
No man that warreth entangleth himself with the
affairs of this life; that he may please him who
hath chosen him to be a soldier.” 2ndTimothy2:3-
4.
There is no anointing that will exempts from
warfare of life.
Or should I say, the more anointed you are, the
more you are on high target of the devil.
Therefore, endure hardness, as a good soldier of
Jesus Christ.
You need forbearance and temperance.
It is not everything you must react to.
Secondly, disentangle yourself from all affairs
that will take you out of the way of God.
Beware of whom you walk and work with.
Define the platform you are standing on.
Is it on the truth or lie?
On which foundation are you building?
Don’t be sweep away by this world.
Be in control over all situations, don’t be control
by situations.

73
“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good
soldier of Jesus Christ.” Verse3
(71) Fear is from hell.
Fear is release by Satan as a standard weapon to
all demons to operate with.
Fear is a negative force, fear is a paralyzing
force.
Fear is negative force, fear is minus.
Demons are also full of fear.
Fear does not let a child of God to get to Canaan
land or attain a rest.
Fear makes you to be unrest.
Fear is one of the mountains to conquer in life
and ministry.
Why?
Satan will always like to surround a minster of
God with uncertainty, cloud of misbelieves and
doubts.
Servant of God, when you conquer fear and
doubt, you have succeeded in conquering the
main weapon or missile of the devil.
Fear is an infection, fear is a sickness, fear is
contagious, fear recks destiny.
Wherever the devil sees fear in a servant of God,
he roars the more. 2ndTim1:7, Lk.10:19, 8:50.
74
Satan does not fear a minister of God who
possess fear.
The opposite of fear is faith.
Fear destroys while faith preserves.
Fear is negative and faith is positive.
Fear losses while faith wins.
Fear is darkness while faith is light
Faith overcomes the world. 1stJohn5:4.
Faith frightens Satan. Jm2:19, 1stPt5:9,
1stJh2:13.
Don’t negotiate with the devil, faith overcome
the world.

75
(72) Every ministry has there stormy days.
There will be a time that the disciples/followers
will forsake the senior pastor/general overseer.
If in any case this should happen.
Firstly, humble yourself before God, think and
checkmate yourself.
Ask yourself the question, why the split?
You might be the one at error. Why?
Because you are human.
Secondly, be a good listener, takes advice but get
approval from God.
Listen to what the Bible has to say on the issue,
and listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Make adequate corrections where needed and
procure necessary solution(s), and avoid future
occurrences.
Minister of God, learn from every encounter or
occurrence in your ministry.
Act wisely, be patience, but be prompt in
obedience to the voice of God.
John16:32-33, 2ndTimothy2:3-4, 4:5,
Philippians4:11-13.

76
(73) When you preach the benefits of the gospel,
don’t ignore the cost of following Christ Jesus.
Jesus never lower the standard, His message
never changes.
Don’t change the message in the Holy Bible, the
old message is eternal.
The method or the format or the presentation of
the message do change per time but Jesus only
must be your message.

77
(74) To be called into ministry does not
guarantee fulfillment in ministry.
What guarantee outstanding result in life and in
ministry is operating as commanded by God,
which I called total obedience to God’s
instruction per time.
To be fulfilled in life and in ministry, please:
dedicated, selfless service, earnest prayer,
patience, divine wisdom, living faith, holiness,
watchfulness and a loving heart.

78
(75) Handbills, posters, radio and television
advert may bring the people.
But if they did not see and get the life and power
of the word and the supernatural transformation
they so desire, they might not come back.
Deliver the message with passion and power,
deliver what the people cannot get elsewhere.
Yet, keep the Holy Bible standard; which is the
Holy word standard.

79
(76) “I would that ye all spake with tongues, but
rather that ye prophesied; for greater is he that
prophesied than he that speaketh with tongues,
except he interprete, that the church may
receive edifying.” 1stCorinthians14:5.
--To interprete tongues, you need to have
personal encounter and relationship in the
operation of the Holy Spirit and accuracy of the
voice of the Holy Spirit per time.
–Understand the state, the position and the
purpose of the church and the mission of the
church.
–Sit with gifted folks and earnestly covet mostly
for gift of discernment, to know which spirit is
speaking.
–Pray and seek from God the gift of
interpretation of tongues. 1stCorinthians14:13-
15.

80
(77) Jesus taught profound and deep truth in
simple ways.
While some ministers teach simple truth in
difficult way.
We cannot rely on the complexity of modern
theology and situations and get Bible results.
Simple Bible truth that is preach in a difficult
way makes the commandment of God of none
effects. Matthew15:6, Mark7:13, John8:32.
Many ministers twist and complicate the simple
gospel to suit their purpose.
Many ministers twist and complicate the simple
gospel to impress, and to confound the
congregation.
Bible messages is simple, but powerful.
Never add to the word or remove out of it, says
the LORD. Revelation22:18, Jeremiah23:1-40.

81
(78) Worship is expressing our gratitude to God.
It is a means of expressing our love to God for
whom He is and for the wonders of all His doings.
Worship brings, and builds an intimate
connection and relationship between the
worshippers and God. John4:23.
A worship render to God in spirit and in truth
attracts God’s presence, attracts God’s pardon,
draws God’s power with signs and wonders.
This is the mystery: GOD’S PRESENCE IS THE
FOREMOST KEY TO ATTRACT GOD’S FAVOUR.
Luke5:17.

82
(79) There are two major commandments God
laid down for all churches and all ministers of the
gospel of truth all over the face of the earth.
I call these two, the great mandates for all
ministers of the gospel of Christ.
(i) The Great commandment; Matthew22:37-40.
(ii) The Great commission; Matthew28:19-20.
God assigned every ministries/Christians to a
great commission:
(a) Preach to them to be converted and be saved.
(b) Preach the word, make disciples.
(c) Baptize them.
(d) Teach them to obey everything God has
commanded in His word.
These are the two great mandates God sends us
to focus upon.
These two great commandments should be the
primary focus of the church and a standard.

83
(80) Service group is the work force of a ministry.
A servant of God should ensure all church
workers are divinely and spiritually fitted into
each church service groups.
Man of God please ensure that all church
stewards or workers or intending stewards of any
service group has:
(a) A calling, a gift, and a passion for the service
group of their interest.
Why?
A gifted and passionate intercessor in the midst
of a choir is in a wrong positioning.
That is Jonah in Tarshish.
A Sunday school teacher in the midst of an usher
is Jonah in Joppa. Jonah Chapters1,2,3,4.
God call us into different work groups (choir,
ushering, drummer, protocol, interpreter, e.t.c.),
by divine appointment, by divine placement and
gift to match.
(b) A church workers must have personal
relationship with the Father, the owner of the
gift and know Christ the Saviour.
The must have personal fellowship with the Holy
Spirit the custodian of every gifts.

84
Every church workers must be born again.
Why?
They are also a minister.
Many times they were seen first before the
pastor.
The physical and spiritual picture of your church
or ministry workers is whom you are.
(c) A church workers must have had personal
testimony(ies), experience and encounter in their
service group.

85
(81) “And there was much murmuring among the
people concerning him (Jesus): for some said, He
is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth
the people.” John7:12.
“And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb.
And it came to pass, when the devil was gone
out, the dumb spake: and the people wondered.
But some of them said, He casteth out devils
through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.”
Luke11:14-15.
That is the opinion of the people in the time of
Christ.
There are two sides of opinion of the people to a
man of God and his ministry.
Have you ever heard anyone says: “That pastor is
nice, gentle and peaceful going.”
While some will say: “The pastor is too cold and
passive.”
Some will see you from the perspective as a man
of God, while some will see you from the
perspective of a man with the spirit of beelzebub.
Please note this golden principle, you are not
sent to everybody and you cannot reach
everybody.
Not everyone will believe in your calling and
86
ministry.
Not everyone believe will in your report,
Isaiah53:1.
Yet, in the end, every work shall be tried with
fire, whether good or bad. 1stPeter1:7
Please read: John9:1-41, 6:14, Matthew13:54-58.

87
(82) A faithful and addicted follower will inturn
become a potential leader. 1stKing Chapters1&2

88
(83) Church of God must be:
*bearing fruit (preaching to save souls),
*be growing (increasing in number),
*Dwelling in love,
*must be demonstrating the power of the gospel
to the people and walk in practical dominion,
which is equal to healthy church growth. (1st
Cor.16:15, Col.1:16).

89
(84) These nine principles are essential in life
and in ministry:
(i) Know God, the caller.
(ii) Know why and what He has called you for and
into.
(iii) Build all your weak character and develop
yourself, James1:22, Luke8:21.
(iv) Learn and listen to those who have gone
ahead of you or your contemporary.
(v) Be skillful, (*the witness skill, *relational skill,
*time management skill, *administrative skill).
Crave for necessary knowledge and
understanding of the divine task you are called
into.
(vi) The principles of “know how” in ministry,
(when, where, how, and what) is the direct and
regular question every man of God must grow
into everyday.
(vii) Be watchful, and be loving.
(viii) Depend totally on the leading of the Holy
Spirit.
(ix) Don’t seek your own glory, but give glory
back to the caller.

90
(85) Pride and pretence are tools of destruction.
Pride competes for power and position with total
aggression.
Total surrenderness to God and regeneration,
cures pride, proud look, high-mindedness and
deception.
May God deliver every ministers of the gospel
from the inner (hidden) pride.
O’ Lord deliver me from secret (inner) faults.
Deliver me from ambition, but give me vision.
Let me see, Help me to find you! Amen.

91
(86) A man of God must not serve a molten
image.
A man of God must not bow down to a molten
image or to any idol. It’s an abomination
Isaiah Chapters30 and 31.

92
(87) Jesus minister in this world without being of
the world, John1:14, Hebrew4:15, Mark2:17.
He walk among people, He observed their
customs, attended their parties, John2:1-11.
He used their current events, yet He never
compromise His mission on earth, rather He
stays in His callings faithfully. Luke13:5.

93
(88) The congregation gives to vision, not to
needs.
If needs motivated people to give, every church
would have plenty of money.
It is not the neediest church that attracts the
giving, but those with the vision.
The congregation gives to the ministry which has
well communicated their vision(s), with the
vision to give back to the people.
People will give to Holy Spirit inspired ideas,
visions and callings. Exodus36:1-6.

94
(89) Make soul winning your priority.
Every soul is precious in the sight of God.
There is no ministry or minister that is exempted
from this mandate. James5:19-20.
Whosoever that wins soul is wise. Proverb11:30,
1stCorinthians9:23-24.
Take every new converts so precious.
Don’t toil with new converts.
Visit them often, do regular follow up, feed them
with the word, pray with them and intercede for
them.
Man of God, how many souls have you won for
God this day, this week, this month or this year?
Whosoever that wins soul is wise. Proverb11:30.
A wise steward will win soul for his master.

95
(90) Heaven operates 24/7 broadcast.
It takes accurate spiritual tuning to take
accurate spiritual connection to the live
broadcast on daily basis. Psalm19:1.
A man of God must be spiritually healthy to be
heavenly informed.
There is rich revelation from the news room of
heaven daily.
One of the golden secret of every great
minister/ministry is regular availability of God’s
voice from the News Room of Heaven (NRH).
Isaiah30:21.

96
(91) Never hate anyone.
Hatred is a rope, it tie its victim.
Hatred is a wall, it mounts a high wall between
its victim and God.
Hatred gives birth to fear, bitterness, doubt and
spiritual blindness.
Hatred makes a ministry to crawl.
But love covers all sins.
The higher your degree of love for God and man,
the more you forgive all men their sins.
The more you forgive all men their sins, the
more your sins will be forgiven.
And the more of God you know, the more of
peace you have.
Be love addicted.
Love is a spiritual anchor for effective working
faith. Matthew22:37-40, 1stCorinthians2:9,
Galatians5:6.
Love is the core acceptance Christian character
for heavenly rewarding service.
Love is a potent spiritual force. John15:23,
1stJohn2:8-11.

97
(92) Please note, minister of the gospel should
know that they are liable to make mistakes.
You can’t be always right.
Always checkmate your counsels, and characters
with the word of God.
Always ensure you checkmate yourself with the
mirror of the word to maintain a balance.
Proverb34:9-10.

98
(93) These three (3) are the cardinal agenda from
the pit of hell, from Satan the old serpent against
the ministers of God.
These are:
*Lust of the flesh,
*lust of the eyes,
*the pride of the heart, 1stJohn2:15-17.
These 3 points stated above are the three
potential missiles from the pit of hell to pull
down every God ordained minister and ministry.
Therefore, watch and pray!

99
(94) Your desperation for more of God, is directly
proportional to the more of God you know and
encounter.
Seek for God and you will see God. Psalm63:1-2,8

100
(95) Harmony among ministers in a ministry is a
spiritual bond.
The mystery of the Holy Trinity: The Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit is the supernatural bond
behind creations. John17:11, 20-21.
Oneness in ministry is highly powerful and
spiritual.
It solidifies and strengthens ministers and
ministry.
God dwells where unity exists.
God cherish oneness.
The mystery of oneness makes love abound in
ministry.
1stCorinthians1:10, Ephessians4:4-16.

101
(96) There is proficient age in ministry.
There is an age bracket of active or hyper
productivity in ministry.
There is an active visionary age in ministry.
Make diligent and wise use of the opportunity
and time allotted to you by God.
Joel 2:28, Number4:3&35&39, Genesis41:46.

102
(97) Man of God please note the family units in
the church.
They should be given high attention.
Family units are the core functional arm of the
church/ministry.
Family units are the body of the church/
ministry.
Therefore, there is high target of Satan on every
family units, in other to cause disunity and
spiritual misfit among the members and the
church as the body.
Keep all the family units together with love, with
prayer and the word.

103
(98) Don’t grow church with programs, rather
feed and grow the church of God with eternal
purpose of God.
Programmes must always be a servant to God’s
plan and purpose for His church.
The eternal purposes of God for His church are:
--Salvation of soul
--Love for God, love one another and all mankind.
--To make disciples of all nations.
--Baptize them.
--Teach them to know God and operate as a child
of God.
--Teach them to be obedient to God and His word.
–And to enter into the kingdom of God.
Mk.16:15-1118.
Church programmes do change, but these eternal
purposes of God does not change.
The eternal purposes of God in His word, is the
eternal standard of God.

104
(99) Don’t keep your family off in the work of
your ministry.
Your ministry starts from home; wife and
children.
Ensure your ministry has impact firstly on your
family.
Failure at home is failure in ministry.
Success at home is success in ministry.
1stTimothy3:4-5.

105
(100) There are agents of destiny God will send to
you when you are called into the ministry, don’t
miss them.
They will come in phases, and they are mostly in
disguise.
Therefore, be wise and be sensitive!
Many ministers have missed their God sent
agent(s) for lack of spiritual receptivity, pride of
the heart, and flaws in character.
--- Pls note: Moses speaks and Aaron interprets =
liberation of the Israelites from slavery.
Ex.4:14 to Ex.40.
--- Paul (plant) and Appolo(waters) = God
increases their corporate efforts. 1stCor.3:4-10
--- John the forerunner of Jesus and Jesus
contact with the disciples = fulfillment of the
ministry of salvation, even after Christ has left.
We have many casual relationships, but divine
relationships are few.
No one can do it alone. Cherish those God has
brought in contact with you; everyone of them
carries value, and purpose.

106
(101) The more of God you know, the more of
God you preach, and the more of God you
become and behave.
The more of God you know, the more of His
power you display.
No one want to follow you for whom you preach
and you don’t know. People want to follow you
for the God you know. John14:5-10, Exodus
Chapters3 and 4.
Pursue after God, and have an encounter with
Him.
Ministry begins with knowing God.

107
(102) If you want people to gather around you;
always be with God.
Those who always be with God, always emerge as
God’s mouth piece.
To be with God is to be at God’s presence.
God’s presence in the life of a man of God always
eases the work and it attracts the crowd.
Stand with God alone and you will stand out!
God’s presence in your life is what will make the
news. Luke4:1-2,14.

108
(103) Anyone that must standout in life and in
ministry must travail in prayer.
Day light prayer is good, but midnight prayer is a
great secret behind spiritual power.
Alone with God and midnight prayer is a great
secret behind spiritual power of Jesus Christ.
Group prayer is good, but alone with God will
give you an encounter with God. Mat.17:1-6.
Lk4:1-44, Lk9:18, Lk6:12, Lk5:16-26.

109
(104) Every command from God is important.
God loves a vigorous soul who put everything
into what He send them or ask them to do.
John2:5, Eccl.9:10.
There is no lazy man or woman in the Holy Bible
that get best from God.
They are all men and women of strong will,
burning passion and great courage. Joshua1.

110
(105) God said to Joshua, “Every place that the
sole of your foot will trend upon I have given
you.” Joshua1:3.
Please note, majority of one entire generation of
the offspring of Abraham died in the wilderness
because of unbelief.
They disinherited themselves because of doubt.
Only those who were the faith descendants of
Abraham could claim the land.
Caleb and Joshua were true children of Abraham.
Deliver the eternal message of salvation, but
don’t neglect the message of Hebrew11.
A born again Christian or congregation or
Christian movement without faith cannot please
God; neither will he or she step into the promise
land.
Every conquest in the Holy Bible is faith in God.
Ps.56:3, Heb.11:33-34.
Twelve men of Israel were sent to spy the Cannan
land, ten came back with faithless reports
(Deut.1:28), they saw giants on the land and they
see themselves as a grasshoppers.
They see themselves at a looser and a victim.

111
While Caleb and Joshua came with positive,
faith filled report. Num13:25-33, 14:6-8.
Programme the heart of your people towards
victorious life. (Prov.23:7).
You are what you believe and what you call
yourself. Number14:22-24, 28-38.
The congregation is what you teach them, what
you show them from the word and what your call
them.
Say to them, they are great and they shall surely
be great.
Proclaim blessings on them, and they shall surely
be blessed.

112
(106) John Wesley said, “I am too afraid of God to
be afraid of man.”
The fear of God cast away the fear of man.
When the fear of God is in your heart, you will
not fear what man can do to you.
Be bold in Christ.
Proverb28:1, Act.9:29, 14:3, Is.2:22, Ephes.6:19-
20.

113
(107) The call of God is always characterize with
sudden interruptions, signals, strange events and
happenings.
God does not take excuses or permission, or
consider human convenience or readiness when
He is ready to call anyone into ministry.
God does not take excuse from anyone.
Jesus called Peter, James and John at the spot of
their business.
He stopped them suddenly and they followed
Him immediately. Lk5:1-11, Act9.
Ensure your calling is sure, clear, and true.
God takes everyone He calls and ready to obey
into a deep encounters, mysteries, secrets,
stretch and spiritual journey, which people
around you might not be able to understand.
The message is, God releases secret, deep
mysteries and great encounters to every of His
servants that is ready to learn and grow.
The platform to learn and grow in spirit and in
truth is in the word of God, plus total obedience
to the voice of the Holy Spirit and the raw voice
of God.

114
(108) What is the fear of God?
The fear of God is to forsake all evils, all sins,
and turn to doing good.
The fear of God is to repent and forsake pride in
your heart and receive a new heart and reverence
to God.
The fear of God makes you to be submissive to
God and to authorities.
The fear of God does not strife, but submissive to
church leadership and authorities in accordance
to the instruction of God and the word of God.
The fear of God makes you to see God as the
doer, the only performer of signs and wonders
and not you.
The fear of God makes you to exalt God only and
not self or any man.
The fear of God makes you to love your wife and
live in unity at all times, irrespective of the
situation.
The fear of God makes you to forgive.
The fear of God does not keep malice.
The fear of God makes you to shun corruption
and abnormalities in the church and in the
society.
The fear of God preaches to unbelievers and be a
good example.
115
The fear of God makes you to forsake, resist and
run from sins.
The fear of God makes you to care for the poor.
Proverb14:31.
The fear of God forsakes and resist secret lodge
and come into genuine repentance for a new life
in Christ.
The fear of God forsakes, resist and reject pride
and embrace humility.
Proverb8:13, 6:16-19, Malachi4:1-2. .
If you fear God, Satan and all demons will fear
you.

116
(109) Watch your presentation.
Watch the content of your message, and
conclude your message to draw someone to God
and the knowledge of His might.
Having preached to the congregation, create time
to meditate over it.
Why?
Every message from the man of God, is a
message from God for him -the preacher- as well.
Watch, listen to your messages, do what you
preach and be sensitive as well!

117
(110) All the laws and all the prophets can be
condensed into two folds:
Love God with all your heart, and Love your
neighbour as yourself.
No love; no ministry!
The driven force behind God to have overlooked
human errors in the past and desire to have sent
Jesus to save, to heal and to meet our needs can
only be driven by love.
The capacity to accommodate ALL kinds of
mankinds with different attitudes and
backgrounds in ministry is the love of God in
your heart.

118
(111) Do you want to get paid by God in
ministry?
Do you want to be rewarded by God the caller as
a minister of the gospel of Christ?
Ministry has no regard for educational
background, intelligent, gender or colour.
Rom.2:11-16, Act.10:25-37.
Being called does guarantee supply or reward
when the basic principles are ignored.
Please note, your resources is not in the hand of
anybody, but in the hand of God.
The people did not send you.
They are not your caller.
Your caller is your employer, your rewarder and
your supplier.
Please note, only those your ministry impacts
are permitted by Bible covenant to give to your
ministry.
Any minister of the gospel that must get paid as
at when due must get this Holy Bible keys for a
reward in service:
Firstly, the pursuit of any God given assignment
must be with consistent obedient to God
commands, directions, and counsels.
Absolute obedient to the word and divine

119
instructions guanratees supply of needs even
before the need arises.
God is totally committed to your total supply
when you go as commanded.
When you are sold out for God, you will stand
out.
Lk.9:1-3, Mat.10, Lk.22:35, John20:19-21.
Secondly, be impactful. The degree of spiritual
impacts or imput into the people that God draws
to you will determine the level of supply of the
material and financial reward you shall receive.
1st Cor.9:11, Rom.15:27.
Dispense of deep word revelation is one of the
keys to unending supply in ministry.
What is the word impact?
When someone come in the church as a lost but
get saved, and become a disciple of Christ with
regular follow up in love of God, then you will
surely be get paid by God.
When the preaching of word and prayer
transform a pauper to an industrialist and a giver
with regular counsel in love of God, then you will
surely be get paid by God.

120
When someone that has been beaten and
battered by the devil is transform into God’s
power vessel with regular follow up with counsel
in love of God, then you will surely be get paid by
God.
When the truth of word of God is preached and is
practice in truth, then you will surely be get paid
by God..
How can you be impactful?
The degree of divine impact occurs from the
quality of the revelation you receive from God in
concecration. Lk.4:14-44.
Do you want people to gather around you?
Always stay with God.
Do you want to get paid in ministry by God?
Go as God commanded you! Lk.10:1-20.
Impact the people, don’t impress them.

121
(113) Fruitfulness is equal hearing and practicing
the word (Mat.7:16-21, Col.1:10).
Fruitfulness is answered to prayers (John15:7-8).
Fruitfulness is Christlike character and soul
winning (Romans1:13).
Fruitfulness is conversion of unbelievers to
believers (1stCor.16:15).
Fruitfulness is showing, teaching, and
demonstrating God’s love to mankinds.
In Conclusion, You And I Must Be Fulfilled!
What does it take to be fulfilled in ministry?
To be fulfilled in ministry is to go as commanded
by God, either it is favourable or not and obtain
satisfactory remarks from God. John19:30.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to go as commanded,
to fight a good fight, deliver all the missions you
are sent. 2ndTimothy4:7.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to go as commanded,
and finished in joy and in love. Act20:24, 21:7
2ndCor8:6, Revelations chapters, 20, 21, 22.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to go in total
obedience to divine instructions and the leadings
of God, either it is favourable or not.

122
John5:36.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to be an addicted
follower of Jesus Christ example.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to do it as Christ did
it and be approved by God. John17:4.
To be fulfilled in ministry is to go as commanded,
either it is favourable or not, to finish well and
enter into heaven – eternal rest.
Ministry is a responsibility
It is written: "Then the kingdom of heaven shall
be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps
and went out to meet the bridegroom.
Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
Those who were foolish took their lamps and
took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in
their vessels with their lamps.
But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all
slumbered and slept.
And at midnight a cry was heard: Behold, the
bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!
Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their
lamps. And the foolish said to the wise,
Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going
out.
But the wise answered, saying, no, lest there

123
should not be enough for us and you; but go
rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.
And while they went to buy, the bridegroom
came, and those who were ready went in with
him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
Afterward the other virgins came also, saying,
Lord, Lord, open to us!
But he answered and said, Assuredly, I say to
you, I do not know you.
Watch therefore, for you know neither the day
nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
Mat.25:1-13.
It is written: “For if these things be in you, and
abound, they make you that ye shall neither be
barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our
Lord Jesus Christ.
But he that lacketh these things is blind, and
cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he
was purged from his old sins.
Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to
make your calling and election sure: for if ye do
these things, ye shall never fall:” 2ndPeter1:8-10.
Amen!

124
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will
of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”
John4:34.
Jesus did God’s will and finished all the works
God sent Him to do on earth.
What guarantees fulfillment in life and in ministry is
when the ‘messenger’ go as instructed, go as guided,
go as led, and go as commanded by God and His
word.
Let us go as commanded and we shall not fulfill
the works of the flesh.
Go as commanded and you shall finished all the
works God sent you to do on the earth.
Be courageous!
God knows you.
You are a success.
You are not a failure.
Satan cannot prevail over you.
The host of God is coming to help you now.
You are God’s eye.
You are full of grace.
Your ministry is great.
You are a great nation.
You are a great vessel of God.

125
Now declare these with faith:
I shall fulfil God’s purpose in Jesus name.
I receive divine power, favour, and courage to go
as commanded in Jesus name.
I shall blossom everyday.
Joy forever more.
I am not a burden, but a blessing to many
generations, in Jesus name.
You and I will finish well.
You and I shall accomplish divine assignment
and we shall end in heaven – eternal rest.
Amen
I love you all
Watch And Pray!
