RE: Immediate Termination of the MOA (Memorandum of Agreement, 04

September 2019) between SILCRES INTERNATIONAL TRADING AND
CRYSTAL BLUE WATER

I hereby serve this notice of cancelation for our foregoing current MOA, respectfully,
due to Force Majeure and Storage of procedure, unforeseen by the inevitable lack of
preparation to provide the immediate necessary financial assistance for the
Establishment of the “Land Registration by Court’s Order”(herein after referred as
Judgments), which had been our primary objective and purpose for the collaboration,
may deem for equity based development projects and not the way around -it is by fact
the same gaffe that kept the Honorable Judgments’ completion from being legally
established. It was made clear before the undertaking, that such urgency is required
for its completion. Clearly being described by the saying -”Justice delayed, Justice
denied”. In addition, notwithstanding the copy furnishes provided to them, its
completion being closely monitored by the Honorable Court, and counter monitored
by the PAB Directress of the Ombudsman’s Office for signs of graft and corruption.

In this connection, I humbly ask you to please send and return with haste, all
documents pertinent with the processing of the above said Judgments as it was
entrusted with you. Thank you very much.

In the light of the foregoing, the termination of the Agreement is not a means to an
end, but an opportunity providing time for us to be more prepared whenever the
privileges may come to presents itself. Therefore, in claiming for witnessing God’s
Glory, not by the desired riches we seek, but by blessing us with the rarest kind of
friendship as though being reborn anew to family.
